I thought I would try KFC again for the kids. I went inside to order 2 drumsticks and 1 breast ONLY. $9.10! When I got home the breast was a thigh. I called and the manager said sometimes they can't tell. The KFC hotline said the same thing! I thought their business was chicken. When I and a child can see a butt tail and they can't, something is definitely wrong. Don't eat there.
My son and I had a to go order from inside the store. All of our food was wrong and it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for DAYS. It was dried out and gross. Never eat at this location! We thought we would try it again after all the new hype. DON'T!!
We went through the drive thru then were told to pull around to wait on the biscuits to be made even though no one was behind us in line. After 15 minutes we went inside to check on the biscuits. They requested we show our receipt before providing us with our order which took another 15 minutes waiting. No discount or anything to compensate offered whatsoever. Not even an apology.

KFC is a restaurant that offers a range of meals, including chicken breast and cold slaw. While the food can be fresh, hot and flavorful with a crispy exterior, there have been instances where orders are not accurately fulfilled. In some cases, customers have reported missing items like biscuits or incorrect menu choices. However, the staff has been known to be apologetic and accommodating, making amends when mistakes are made. The parking lot needs to be cleaned up. Overall, KFC is a clean and hot-food-serving establishment.
