“I came through the drive thru around 3:30 yesterday. The young lady taking my order was so cheerful! When I got to the window to pay she had a beautiful smile and her tone was great. I pull up to the second window and the employee was pleasant as well. Received my food and it was fresh. The fries were amazing (hot and just the right amount of salt) and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. The breading was like it had been fried in an iron skillet. “We had to sit and wait about 10 minutes for our order, and then after receiving our order we realized that it was wrong. We had already been driving a few minutes when my husband opened the sandwich and realized it was wrong. He was just going to deal with it because it was just a single instead of a double like it should have been, but when I opened my hot ham and cheese in real life it was a chicken sandwich we went back. They told us to keep the chicken sandwich and remade my hot ham and cheese. Sadly it was not hot.“

“They can’t take coupons, everyone. On the bottom of the coupon sheet it says “only at participating locations” they are not one. They can’t put a sign on the door that isn’t made by corporate, either. That’s the rule. When you go in, they ask “do you have a coupon other than the $6.99 one.” if you do, they say they can’t take it, no big deal. Order online if you wish to use them.“

“Came across this place when I was on my way to Gatlinburg, TN. Now the only thing I had ever seen from A&W was the root beer but I knew for years they had actual restaurants it was just none were by me. So I had to take this opportunity right?.... RIGHT?! This one in particular we visited I believe I was told was the first one ever built. Pretty cool. Service was good and quick as well. Now for the food. I just got a burger and fries as you can see here. This was hands down probably the worst fast food burger I have ever had. This thing was tasteless and dry but had a weird aftertaste almost like a school lunch burger (if you know you know). I couldn't take anymore than 2 bites before I flat out just couldn't eat it anymore. 1/10 The fries were okay. Crispy with a slightly weird texture and I think that comes from whatever they are battered in. 5/10. Hands down would absolutely never ever try this place again. Do I regret it? No. I am happy I can actually say I've had it but I just don't ever want to have it again lol.“

“I don’t understand these ridiculous other comments. It’s always the same people gripping because they didn’t get something for free or they were slow. Well, I mean when they have 50 customers ahead of you it’s takes awhile. I like this Taco Bell, a lot. Got my meal tonight and it was great. Thanks, Team Madisonville. This is one of the very few places in town that can get your order right.
Was in a hurry so I didn't get fries. They, by the way, when cooked fresh, are the BEST fries in town.
The folks inside are always friendly, and you can tell, they take pride in their work and their service.

“This is BY FAR the BEST KFC I have ever been to. But more than that this resturant is barely recognizable because of how clean it is, how kind the staff are, how great the food tastes, the Decor, etc... KFC should restructure the entire brand to be more like this one location!“

UPDATED: ordered fish, chicken amd lobster rolls. The fish seems to be better quality than before. The oil was clean amd the food was perfect cooked. The chicken tenders are now hand breaded and nice portions. Some of the best tenders in town actually! The lobster rolls were minced but flavored okay. The fried okra was surprisingly great. Overall this restaurant has improved drastically.“

“I'm not a big fast food person, so I can't justify rating the food. I do like their drinks. I've never had bad service here. I will say, nearly every time I've been here, at least one machine I've pulled up to is not working. It would be great to at least have a sign to let you know before parking there. Otherwise, it seems clean.“

“They were out of the foot long cookie. ?. We ordered 2 different foot long sandwiches and both of them were really good. The 2 people up front were friendly and outgoing & new what they doing. We definitely be going back. Hopefully they will have the cookie back
