The Whataburger location in Knoxville has great food and great service. The staff is professional, thorough, efficient and on the ball. They have experienced wonderful customer service, friendly and sweet staff and the impeccable wait time when the manager is working. The food has the jalapeno burger, the spicy chicken sandwich and grilled buns. The burgers are great and the spicy chicken sandwich is good though it needs cheese. Seating is not enough the area is small and parking is difficult due to drive through line wrapped around the building. The drive thru and drive through window bring condiments to the table and bring order to the seat. Still busy time the service is amazing and the food stays fresh and great.
