Slow service
We come to McDonalds once a week. It’s always a good experience but always much better when Trina is working. The place simply runs better when she is managing the front end of the store.
11:15am 7/13 Literally the best experience Ive ever had at a McDonald's. I forgot you can get Fresh, HOT fries and food at a McDonald's. Sweetest woman came out and handed me my food (since they were waiting on fries in the fryer) and offered extra sauces to me from a tray. Incredible experience. Especially after such a recent bad one at the McDonald's on airport highway in Alcoa

McDonald's serves fresh food, including their double 1/4# with cheese, which is now made to order. The customer service staff are friendly and smile. However, some customers have experienced issues with orders being incorrect, which can be frustrating. Despite this, the management team is willing to listen and make things right, as seen in one customer's experience where the manager remade their food and offered a free meal. Overall, McDonald's strives to provide good food and good service, although some mistakes may occur.
