This location of Firehouse subs has the best, above and beyond friendly customer service.My youngest son loves thier medium Turkey & bacon with lettuce sub made fresh and delicious.The entire dining room and ladies powder room was just spotless.Today, Friday April 23,2022 at 7:17pm I really wanted to this this place 10 stars.
After an appointment nearby, we went to Firehouse Subs for a late lunch. I had the a small drink and a Firehouse Hero Sub which included roast beef, turkey, ham, lettuce, tomato and mayo placed in a sub roll. I would have rated the experience as excellent if the sub roll was fresh. Unfortunately, it was not. Also, the service was at best mediocre. As a result of this experience, It may be a while before we return to this Firehouse Sub restaurant.

Everytime I go to this Firehouse subs I am so well pleased and satisfied with the service and friendliness of the emploees. They always have smiles on their faces and say "Welcome to Firehouse" no matter how slammed or dead they are in store. I'm not sure of everyone's names but I went today around 12:30pm-1:00pm for lunch and the whole team was just absolutely amazing and so fast.
