I loved Freddy’s when they first opened. I have noticed that they have declined in quality. My husband and I stopped there today and we each got a sundae for takeout. What a huge disappointment! I noticed over the past couple of years they were starting to skimp on the toppings. I did make a complaint to the supervisor and it really didn’t seem to matter. My hot fudge sundae today had maybe a teaspoon drop of hot fudge and I’m being generous! Will never suggest to anyone...read full review
Freddy's is poorly managed. Locations are different, and some are very slow. The app has mostly solved this, but not everyone uses the app. Their recent Christmas promo, has been handled so sloppy.
they messed up our order for 8 people and instead of fixing it was trying to charge us even more when we had already spent 60 dollars and didn't even get hardly anything at all , and then when I asked for four spoons for the four kids to eat there applesauce, they gave me one spoon for all of them . worst food ever and horrible completely
