“My husband and I stopped in here after eating at the Dam Deli. We had a great time at this winery. You get to taste five wines and if you make a purchase the wine tasting is free. The only problem I had with this winery was it was hot inside, I'm not sure if there was an issue with the air conditioner, and it was a bit dirty. We got great-tasting wines there though!”

“We just moved here and were thrilled that there was an Indian food place nearby. We lived in Denver and Los Angeles before here and have had a wide range of base level to insanely good Indian food. “I was a vendor this weekend at the 2 day event at the mall. There was a gentlemen from Plus Ultra Coffee that came by taking orders from all of us as we were getting setup and throughout both days. He was so nice and really a hero for lots of vendors that couldn’t leave their booth! He delivered delicious drinks back to us and honestly I wouldn’t have been able to try it otherwise. Now I know about the shop and will definitely stop by again! Genius plan on the coffee shops part and we were so thankful for him going the extra mile. But after the guy took my drink order, he came up to our table and yelled at us saying we didn't pay to get in. We were told by the owner we didn't have to pay since we were with the band. we politely explained what we were told, But had said if we had to then we would, no problem. But instead of standing by what he said, the owner proceeded to YELL at Me saying if I was going to cause an issue then they'd ask us to leave. I felt so uneasy and pissed, because my fiance and I had been polite and everything the whole time. and the fact he was acting like he was only talking to me that way. when my fiance talked to him his tone changed. My stepmom was also with us, told my dad, and they haven't played at that location since. It was a NIGHTMARE.. plus from what I have heard from MULTIPLE people, they have let their waiter follow girls into restrooms and touch them inappropriately and just letting him go right back to work even AFTER the law was involved. This place needs to be investigated, shut down, or something! It is not safe..”

“Perkits is the definition of what it means to be a successful small business in Cleveland. Delivering a great product with quality service is all you need. Growing up, Perkits was my favorite! I've seen other froyo and ice cream shops come and go, but Perkits remains. Perkits has the best frozen yogurt in Cleveland, perhaps due to the fact that they've been in the business well before frozen yogurt gained popularity. The owner is always there, and they give a discount to Lee students with an ID. My favorites are pineapple tart (just like Dole Whip) and chocolate snoblast with Heath. Their holiday/seasonal flavors are also great, like blue raspberry, candy apple sorbet, and pumpkin pie. The haven't had blue raspberry or candy apple in a while, so I hope the bring them back soon. There is also a rewards program that allows you to earn a free yogurt or discounts after receiving a certain number of stars!”

The coffee is good but imo not the best I ever had.
We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was good and fast too.
In the room you see a lot of (single) people working on laptops/mac’s. The wifi must be good!
If you look further you see they bake a lot if their own cookies so that’s a fresh cookie experience.
Parking space is more than enough so after a lot of coffee tasting this might be the best in town for US standards but there is room for improvement.”

“No waiting on my order! The service was fast, the employees were polite, and my food was as I ordered.
They had a lady in training at the windows taking orders and payments. She missed a few things but the regular staff was prompt to assist her.

Dietary restrictions: The best I can say is the staff was pleasant and didn't express any grief, or confusion with my order i.e. no onions, no ketchup, etc. Everything was prepared precisely as ordered and needed.

Parking: Plenty of fairly level paved parking spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is paved so it is easy to access the window for order-taking if you wish to take advantage of the outdoor seating (paved area too) instead of the drive-thru.”
