Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold
I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out.
I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced.

Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 . I came in today to have a quick lunch and I had some of the best service ever! Zach, the GM, hooked it up with one of the best plates of food I’ve ever had at Buddys BBQ! Hush puppies were perfect and crispy, a big side of slaw, the fries were golden and crispy, a juicy slab of half chicken smother in bbq sauce, this hit the spot! Best Buddys BBQ EVER! And for the price, yall can’t beat it!!!!!!
