Came in on March 15 and asked was there a military discount, cashier said there was but it probably wouldn't work because the meal was already something, which made no sense to me. I ORDERED OFF REGULAR MENU AT REGULAR PRICE. I asked again when I was paying and seemed like she pretended to take it off but all I saw was still the same full price. It felt like she just didn't want to give me the discount.

Growing up in Knoxville, I was always a fan of Buddy’s and excited to see it move to the area. I will say that the food is normally amazing, but I just feel like maybe the serving sizes have gotten smaller and it’s less consistent than I remember.Either way, I’d still recommend and will for sure be back!

I came through the drive through a few days go. I ordered a hotdog,,OMG THAT WAS THE WORST HOTDOG I EVER HAD.So i called a friend thats worked there to tell her how bad it was and she informs me that she got fired,showed me the messages and i dont see where the threat was at on the message they made a big deal out of and they didn't owe her anything so idk where you took that and twisted it to something it was not. but my concern is the 6 messages where she went to a manager about being bullied and was planning on committing suicide because of the 2 employees were ignored like it didn't exist. knowing this is how you do good employees and your hotdog turning out like that I will not come back to any buddys.

The ribs were smoked nice but on the dry side.Sauce, peculiar.Hush puppies, room temp, okay.Potato salad boring, wet, with that mass produced tasteBaked beans were canned pork and beans fixed up a littleRibs were dry but smoked okay. Most likely sat under lights too long

I ordered 3different meals when I get home I had ketchup but no bbq sauce which I ask for no straws for the drinks bbq was dry and the fries were awful as well will not be back to buddies Jordan’s bbq is much better this is my last visit

The brisket is NOT brisket. It’s shaved roast beef. We bought 2 pounds of brisket (at $30+ a pound) and arrived home to find it over cooked, dry, and shaved like roast beef from a deli. No smoke or seasoning and disappointing. The service was fine but can’t make up for the food quality, unfortunately.
