On September 4, 2026 I placed a online catering order to be pickup September 6, 2026 at Jack`s Restaurant on 25st. in Cleveland Tn. This was paid for in advance & I received a confirmation number. When I arrived at Jack`s they had not been sent my order and had no knowledge of my order. The Manager & employees went right to work & filled my order quickly, they saved the day. Food was great & service could not have been better. Thank You.
My 5 year old says Jack’s is his favorite restaurant in the whole world!
The food was pretty good but the blueberry biscuits were very hard and not edible.
