This is a food truck outside a gas station and it is phenomenal!
I’ve eaten here maybe 10 times now and it is always fantastic. The quesabirria is my go to, but the steak torta is a great choice as well. Super kind people, fast service, and they stay busy so you know they’re doing something right! Definitely a hidden gem in Cleveland, TN.
