They do not know how to heat food up. I went through drive thru and started to pull away and bit into a very cold hashbrown. I pulled up and just walked in..they reheated my hashbrown which is fine..I've worked in the food industry before though and if that would've been me I would've made a new fresh batch for the customer. I got the grilled cheese melt...it was no melt. They need to heat there food properly.
I'm tired of the donuts I get being the wrong ones, or they are made badly. This location is so close to me...but I will go to another location. Staff is fantastic, but presentation is awful. I even went inside a ordered and the donuts were in the wrong places apparently because I was given the wrong donuts. Vanilla cream is not Boston cream. I'm done.
