Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves delicious food with great customer service. The young people working are kind and courteous. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. Placing an order was smooth, and the manager brought meals to the table. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. However, the lids on the cups do not stay on, causing tea to spill. Also, the grilled chicken sandwiches are getting more expensive, at 8.99 for a sandwich or 9.99 for a combo. One reviewer had to wait a little bit after a big rush, but overall it was a great experience.
