Next time I will drive 10 minutes farther to Chik-fil-a and save 25 minutes. The Drive-Thru service was so, so, slow. I ordered right away and there were 3 cars in front of me. This was 8:45 pm, and the place was empty. The first car sat at the window for about 15 minutes (after I had ordered), so my food should have been ready by the time I made it to the window. I finally pull up and they tell me I need to pull up past the window and wait. Then I wait another 15 minutes while car after car exits from behind me. I was about to go in and ask for a refund, but they finally brought my food out. But of course they forgot my drink, but I was tired of waiting so I told her to forget the drink. It would have likely been another 15 minutes. So bottom line, don’t waste your time on this Zaxby’s, unless you have a lot of time to waste. 35 minutes to get one order of boneless wings, with only 3 customers in front of me. Very disappointed. I will not return to this location.

I was super happy with the meal and service I received! Super friendly staff for a brand new location. The even brought my food to me and I haven’t experienced that at any other fast food restaurant in our town. Impressive!

I came through the drive thru around 1145 today and ordered the wings and things with boneless wings. The food was extremely cold. The wings were bone in wings that were pretty much bones and I had to pluck 8-10 feathers off of them before I could take a bite. What little bit of meat that was on them was pretty much jerky. Worst zaxby's I've ever eaten!

Salty salty salty!!! Got a zax snack meal. The chicken tenders were very hard and salty. The fries were brown very soft and tasted of old frying grease. And they forgot the toast that comes with the meal and my sauce.

I ordered fried pickles, the employees and service were amazing, but it seemed as if they made them in advance. The pickles were cold and soggy. Other Zaxby’s I’ve been to usually tell me to pull forward and they make them to order, so I assume because this one is newer they did it a little differently.
