“Four Italians visiting from out of town. We made reservations and had an excellent night. The food was outstanding, we ordered multiple appetizers, multiple dinners, and desserts and shared. Prices are very good for the quality of the meal. service was on point, food timing from kitchen was on point. Atmosphere was great!! Well be hitting this place whenever we're in town. Not a huge menu but what they are making, they are making well.”

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.”

“No wait for seating. Wasnt busy at all. Server was very nice. Server had to return and verify sides. When meal arrived hamburger steak was over cooked, dry, crunchy outer edges. Pintos were cool and was missing cornbread. The biscuits, I did not order were gooey and white on top. The cornbread the server went back for , “there will be await for corn bread” , were so crumbly when picked up to butter , it fell into pieces. All my server could do was apologize. This was not on the server, THE KITCHEN was the fail.”

“This is a pretty good Hardees. The food is always good in terms of mass produced food but the service was good and the food was hot and fresh. I was in and out of the drive thru quickly and have not had a problem with breakfast or lunch at this location. I'm pretty happy and come here often. Thanks for the great service!”

“Our first time in Collegedale, and it was a fun experience. We bought lots of cakes, cookies, and a cookie jar. We got to chat with one of McKee Food veterans Audra and she was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and that was greatly appreciated!!”
