“Our first time in Collegedale, and it was a fun experience. We bought lots of cakes, cookies, and a cookie jar. We got to chat with one of McKee Food veterans Audra and she was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and that was greatly appreciated!!”

“We eat here often, mostly order Togo since having a mobile toddler and it’s always been spot on, from the timing to the quality. Today for the first time in about four years of eating here, things were not absolutely perfect. One time in four years. This evening I called in our usual to go order and was given a pick up time. I arrived right on time which is not usual for me. I’m usually a little bit early and have to wait a few minutes which I don’t mind to do. When I arrived, and I gave them the name for the order, they didn’t have it multiple people I’m not sure where the miscommunication between the person I left my order with the phone and the kitchen was and it’s not that big of a deal Everyone was super apologetic. The manager came and talked to me immediately took my order and rushed through the kitchen for it to come out in a prompt amount of time and flawless. I’m only telling you that we had a miscommunication experience to remind everyone that these people are human too and mistakes happen but one time in four years is still stellar odds and when it’s handled with Grace from all sides, everyone still leaves happy. it wasn’t the managers fault that there was miscommunication. It wasn’t the kitchen’s fault that they didn’t receive the order and this is a learning experience for the person who took my order to make sure that they don’t allow distractions for a table that’s not necessarily in front of them. I’m pleased to say that the issue was made right very quickly and the amount of time that it took them to make my order and get it to me less than the original time quoted to me when I placed the first order This is a wonderful establishment and a lovely atmosphere and we will continue to go regardless of a one off experience One bumpy encounter does not erase countless opportunities for fantastic service”

“I visited in the evening for dinner. There were not many visitors in the restaurant. I ordered the brisket with potato salad and beans. I was not disappointed. The brisket was tender, juicy and had a pleasant smoky taste. I'll be back.”

“I asked on Facebook, the best Bakery in area for cookies. I went to Piece of Cake Bakery December 23. I bought 6 decorated sugar cookies and a dozen cupcakes for Christmas. They were simply delicious, and the shop is adorable and the sweetest young ladies work at tye Bakery. I agree hands down. Best Bakery in the area.”

“Absolutely wonderful from the start to finish of the whole process! Great friendly service with a smile, and the food is ALL amazing! Can’t go wrong with any dish! The house fried rice is a must try! Crab Rangoon that leaves you craving for more!”

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.”

My shake was missing BUT you confirmed my next order for it. The one Arby's closest to me in Virginia has nothing on this Arby's location. Thank you so much Shuana! “Not only is their pizza awesome they are awesome people. I was there today picking up an order and I dropped my wallet as I left. About 15 minutes later I got a call from a very nice lady explaining she had found my wallet. I drive back and got my wallet and I was humbled by the niceness of the lady. I will continue to give them my business. Always nice to come across great people in this world.”

“Took my English mastiff for a diy bath. It was well worth it to not have to bend over the tub. Also the isolated room helped me get him dry without him being able to run away from the dryer. The workers were amazing as well! Highly recommend.”

“Since its opening, The Local Goat has been the go-to overnight stop on our I-75 North/South trek. Initially this was because the restaurant was next to our hotel, but now we stop because of the great food. Today, I want to give a loud SHOUT OUT to our waitress, Skylar. She reflects good service and compliments the excellent food of The Local Goat experience. Sky engaged in a friendly conversation with a very sweet, personal touch; we will remember to ask for her on our next stop!”

“Armandos of East Brainerd is such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. They really care about making your experience enjoyable and it feels like you are a guest at family’s house. I usually get the Chicken Tenders with BBQ sauce and seasoned tots and they are the best I’ve ever had. The wait staff is always great and making sure that we have everything we need. The owners are awesome people too! I can’t recommend Armandos of East Brainerd enough. Do yourself a favor and stop on in for a very affordable, filling, and delicious meal. I still don’t know how they deliver the quality and quantity they do for that price! 😃”
