They offer their burgers wrapped in lettuce, which is perfect if you can not eat gluten and for those watching carbs. I asked the cashier, Karissa, if that was still an available option and mentioned I can not eat gluten. She went to the kitchen and made it herself! It was delicious and wonderful. The lettuce was so crisp that it had a nice crunch to it. Most restaurants have soggy, limp, lettuce, but that is not the case here.
