“Haven’t really been a big fan of PE in the past. This was my first visit to the Ooltewah location and they outdid themselves. I got the Beijing Beef and half fried rice/ half lo mein. All of it was excellent. The girl at the window was so pleasant. You’ll see me next week!“

“The best Hardee’s in the whole United States! Just bc of Cicilia! This woman is amazing! Keeps the place spotless! The kids love her, and beg to go to Hardee’s just bc she works there! She talks to all the kids and makes them feel special. All the staff are always nice, friendly, and the food is always hot and comes out fast! Plenty of fancy breakfast places to go around this area, but we just come here for the atmosphere.“

“Canadian ham, bacon cheese burger. Sandwich was squashed but tasty. Almost to sweet for my taste buds. Long line but moved fairly well. Until the car in front of me changed their order at the window. Lost business as several cars behind me left.“

“I have been going to this taco bell for about a year now and they are the best location I have ever been too after living in multiple large cities in Florida and frequenting other locations in the area. The staff is beyond friendly and the quality is always way more than I expect and only maybe once they got part of my order wrong after going probably weekly at least. I really hope they continue to keep it up but everyone I have interacted with and every person that is has made my food has my gratitude. Being a night shift worker and not having a ton of options usually means settling, but not here.“

Got our order out fast, got it correct, got us any condiments we asked for and held a small conversation with us while we waited for our food. She did all of this with a bright smile. I havent forgotten her name or her service 4 days later, she really needs a raise! Best customer service ive ever had at a Hardee's or otherwise“

“Maybe I just get lucky, but every time I'm in the area and come through the area and grab a bite to eat here & choose to use the drive thru, I somehow always get the pleasure of experiencing an employee that appears to be enjoying their job and cutting up in the best of ways while at work. “excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“I always choose the Market Fresh Salad. I just wish I was able to get more than 3 dressings. I wouldn’t mind paying extra but they only allow me 3. To only get home 2 days in a row with just granola and almonds?The ones filling the orders need to pay better attention. I’ll just have to switch to another location. “My son and granddaughter love to go to Jimmy John's. They get the subs, but I love, love their wheat bread with either tuna or veggie sandwiches! And they have little skinny subs for kids!

She was able to assist me with all of my needs and when I got there to pick it up everything was hot and ready! Her staff was also great with assisting me to get my order to my vehicle! “Absolutely delicious!! Arby's is one of my favorite drive thru spots and 9/10 times it's on point. It's a bit outta my price range most of the time but with this 2 for $6 special my broke self can eat like a king!! ? Seriously though, great food, employees were very nice and I didn't have to wait very long. My only request is bring back the orange creme shake!! It would really help light up my world and my therapist will thank you! All it takes is an orange creme shake, think about it Mr and/or Mrs Arbys ?“

“I've been to many Taco Bell locations in my life. This one seems to pretty much have everything together. The staff work super hard and very efficiently. I normally visit this location when I'm traveling north to Tennessee or coming back south but every time I've stopped here they're on the ball.“

“I ordered and received a great pizza and breadsticks today! Pizza Hut really does have a superior product when it's made right and today it was just that! I haven't had that luck in the past here, but hoping the store is making a turn around.“

“Probably the best Subway I've been to in a long while. Staff was trying to take a break while we were there, but every time someone came in they all left their break and took care of the customers. Excellent! My sandwich was good and made well. I did not get the feeling that they were throwing it together and trying to get it over with. Obviously a better managed/trained shop than most.“

“I had 3 pizzas delivered to our apt and they were the best pizzas I’ve had a long time. They were hot and cooked perfectly! From ordering to delivery it was less than 30 minutes. The driver was super nice. I was hesitant to order because of past reviews but glad I did.“
