As someone who has diplomas in hospitality management, this staff should be well recognized. The cleanliness, the food quality, the utmost respect for customer service... so above par. Kudos, to (excuse the probably incorrect spelling) Shemarr, and the entire staff. You deserve to be commended for your efforts. All of you.
The pictures from what was supposed to be 4 piece fish, which the idiot cashier rang up as a 4 piece chicken. If I wanted chicken I definitely would not have made a trip to Captain D's. The manager was in such a rush to throw the meal out the broccoli was predominantly stalks. The idiot cashier sold me a medium drink and then handed me a small cup. I know it seems there aren't too many GOOD fast-food establishments anymore post-quarantine, but this is one of the few. Consistently delicious selections (including grilled), courteous employees, and a relaxing atmosphere in which to dine. Also, very reasonably priced.
