What a pleasure to arrive at the pick up window to find Michael with his beautiful smile. What a professional employee. His pleasant attitude makes me reconsider my thoughts of all the nightmarish folks at other restaurants. Way to go, Michael!!

Traveling through and got a great meal. The made it fresh, friendly staff, even told us a little about the area and how to get to lookout point. We’ve never had this chain but we will definitely stop at Jack’s if we’re traveling again.
