As you likely already know, not all fast food restaurants of the same chain are created equal. Management and staff are key players in the good ones. This is one of the good ones. I've done breakfast here on several trips south. Always friendly staff who listen to my order. Quick efficient service. Hot tasty food. Very pleased with the great customer service Dan provided. Although the restaurant was busy, Dan was taking orders with a smile on his face and making sure everyone had what they needed. I noticed that lots of people knew him by name when they entered. The food wasn’t that great but, I would come back to this Hardee’s just because of the nice and welcoming atmosphere that Dan created.
