Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service.
Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru.
The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot.

The place is great if the owner is working. It’s a whole different scenario if he isn’t there. Every empty table in the dining room is dirty, all garbage cans are over flowing and no one seems to care at all.
