Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service.
Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru.
The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot.
Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so...read full review

Greatest chick fil a on earth. Car battery died in the parking lot and JJ came out to get us back on the road. He is my hero
I moved to Tennessee in late June 2023. I triee several Chick fil-as out, but found Ooltewah to be the best in the area. There customer service is outstanding, food is delicious,. The restuarant its self is clean, friendly and comfortable. Definetly Chick Fil-a Ooltewah is the best restuarant around!!
