“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“Really great pizza with amazing flavor. It has become our new favorite since everything else from Cleveland to Vonore has disappointed us! The only thing I deducted one star on the food for is the toppings- I paid extra for pineapple and only got it on about half the pizza. Definitely need to be a little more generous with the price for the additional toppings! :) We will be back. $36 for 2 large pizzas and a cheesy bread is not bad at all.“

“I normally visit this location for somewhere related duties. I have been out of town for 2 weeks and returned. I made a visit here earlier today. As a customer. This place has always been clean, staff has always been professional, the food that I ordered was served almost immediately. It was spot on with good flavor and taste. Thanks to everyone at this location. Also. Thanks to Zaxby's as a corporation.. I travel a lot and I have been to Zaxby's at numerous different locations. It's a great place!“

“Lunch on a BUSY Friday. We’d been reluctant to return after 2 disappointing trips to Malones. We had a great meal this time. Juicy Lucy’s for him and Salmon for me. Both dishes were cooked exactly as we’d requested. The staff was slammed, but everyone was pleasant. We had a beer and two glasses of wine. $100 for lunch, but it was a special occasion for us and we very much enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for the hospitality! “From NJ so have high expectations for expensive restaurants. Maloneys is an absolute home run, wow! We ate at OBC in Nashville their sister restaurant and suggested Malones and gave us a $25 off card. Could only eat half the salad and bread but they made a new one of each to take home. Highly recommended.“

“Second time here for Chicken Margherita. Comes with a generous broccoli side, and this entre is fabulous! A high protein, weight loss delicious meal, if ya get the salad without croutons, and forego the bread sticks! Loving it, and Abbi who served me in the bar area is as perfect as u could ever expect a waitress/bartender to be. Superb service!“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!
The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“As someone who came down from the DC area, I wasn't expecting to find myself coming back here... once, twice, and then again. But after the first bite, I had no choice, I became a regular in just three days.
The food was absolutely amazing, the service was fantastic, and every meal somehow tasted even better than the last.“

“I had a very unfortunate situation when taking an elderly client for a short meeting. We sat in a booth right on the other side of where the meal is served. So we could clearly hear when our name was called. Unfortunately, the table was broken. Broken to the point where I had to get a manager to try to help study it. The manager was unable to kneel over to fix the table and I literally did the work for her. Stuffing napkins under the table as we already had our food on it I did not want to have to move. Whoever has invested in this location, needs to go by and check it. It could use a deep cleaning as well. I took pictures of the dirty booths. And the broken table. Sent them to corporate. And they said we hope you “trust us” in the future to come back and have a better experience. Really?“
