“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“The pizza we got was a thin crush cheese. It was really good. Had just the right amount of cheese and the crust was crunchy. The bread sticks where yummy and had a good crunchy outer crush and soft center. The garden salad was really good. It we well dressed with toppings and very fresh. The location was very clean and nice to walk into.“

This place has always been clean, staff has always been professional, the food that I ordered was served almost immediately. It was spot on with good flavor and taste. They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“I come here at least two times a week and every time it is a good time! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A and I have one closer to me. That should say something. Way to go Chick-fil-A crew.“

“1 manager and 2 employees tonight. Wait time was ok but 1 girl was extremely rude to the other employee in front of customers while the manager was in the back. Tables were nasty and garbage full. Wait time for the people with mobile orders was about an hour. They put those off to Wait on people already in the restaurant, instead of in order. It was not organized at all.“

“Tuesday about 5. Short wait, looked like a larger group was just getting seated. Our server, Lizz, was pleasant and attentive. We were pleased with our meals, also pleased we could get smaller portions off the dinner menu. We eat here occasionally and didn’t experience anything that would keep us from from returning.“

“I put in an online order and ordered it for the wrong day. The staff was very nice and got the manager to reverse it. They were very polite and patient in getting the charge reversed. We then just ordered our food to go and it was delicious.“

“I had a very unfortunate situation when taking an elderly client for a short meeting. We sat in a booth right on the other side of where the meal is served. So we could clearly hear when our name was called. Unfortunately, the table was broken. Broken to the point where I had to get a manager to try to help study it. The manager was unable to kneel over to fix the table and I literally did the work for her. Stuffing napkins under the table as we already had our food on it I did not want to have to move. Whoever has invested in this location, needs to go by and check it. It could use a deep cleaning as well. I took pictures of the dirty booths. And the broken table. Sent them to corporate. And they said we hope you “trust us” in the future to come back and have a better experience. Really?“

“We had lunch yesterday at the Gunbarrel Panera Bread. We had an order for four and the salads we ordered were very fresh! The self serve coffee was great too! The tables and bathrooms were clean! If you experience a wait please be patient so many of our eating establishments are overwhelmed with guests and understaffed. They need our patience. If you need to wait and order here when you are not in a hurry definitely do that! Most places have order in the app options so even if you don't see a line they may be working hard to fill orders. We will definitely eat here again soon.“
