“I walked in and was greeted by a young lady by the name of Caitlin. She was friendly and acted like she cared about me as a customer. She smiled and spoke with confidence and was very helpful. I asked her about the new Philly sandwich and she explained them to me and said she liked the grilled chicken Philly. I ordered what she suggested and I have to say it was the best sandwich I have had in years. Thank you Caitlin for your help and for treating me like I was a guest and making me feel like you cared.
