This place, in my experience, has been a hit or a miss depending on the day and crew working there. Some days, the food is as good as fast food gets, but others it seems as though the kitchen didn't try at all. I'm a big fan of Zaxby's and have been to locations all over and around Tennessee, and this is my favorite location in Chattanooga so far. The food is almost always on point and you can tell the chicken is fresh out of the frier most of the time. While I've never had an issue with the food, I have had a lot of issues when it comes to the service at this location, with my biggest concern being the speed of service being subpar at best. I'd like to say what an amazing staff. I've been running all day for the company Delivered. There was a problem in the apps which has made everything late. They were apologetic and even asked if needed anything while I waited. I was such a a blessing meeting them today. I hadn't eaten all day due to the time constraints with app issues. Might I add I'm expecting and the food was so fresh and I just can't rave about them enough. 3 staff members buckling down and making things happen.
