“We don't get up here very often, but wow what a great deal. We got the family meal and it was so much that our family of 6 ate on it twice. Great chicken fingers that even my picky eaters were happy. Dinning area is a little dated, but service and price make this a must if you are up in the mountain.“

“This was one of the best Subway locations I've been to! The restaurant was extremely clean, and everything looked fresh and well organized. The workers were friendly, professional, and made my order quickly while providing great customer service. You can tell they take pride in their work.
The manager/boss was also amazing and created a welcoming atmosphere for both the employees and customers. It's clear this store is well run. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!“

“My family has been coming here for decades and I went to school and church with several Ankars at OLPH and NDHS. I went to the Brainerd location today (my favorite). Unfortunately today’s experience was not great (but there’s no way I’m giving an “I do not recommend”). We ordered 3 hoagies. The bread usually comes out warm and soft (and we usually buy a bag to take back to Oklahoma with us). Today’s bread was not warm, chewy, and a bit tough. The onion rings were cooked unevenly with one basket being very light in color and the other 2 being much darker. Idk how many Ankars work at this location, but I did not see anyone. I hope the legacy is not coming to a close. I still wanted to get a t-shirt before leaving. The girl at the counter was confused by my request and got someone else who had to get a 3rd person to locate the shirts. The size he brought out was M and I wanted L. Had to wait while he checked and there were no Ls. This took about 7 minutes from start to finish. No apologies or offers to order one. I’ll be back to Ankar’s next time I’m in town. Just not this location. I hope that things improve there. Ankar’s was a gem not too long ago and it would be a shame to lose this Chattanooga landmark.“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “Please forgive the 4 stars.. normally I'd be happy to give 5 for jacks.. and it has nothing to do with this location, but more so the fact that chicken nuggets are no longer an option.. I thought it was thr greatest thing and they were SOOO GOOD.. but someone's brilliant ideas to get rid of them is very frustrating.. now I have to find a new place to get them.. please bring them back so I can come again, otherwise I habe no reason to come back.. side note..the was a very nice lady working drive thru, didnt catch a name but she has a sling and cash or something on her right arm.. she was great, and very friendly..“

“It's Arby's. You know exactly what you're getting. Ya know, they have the meats. This is one of the very best managed Arby's locations in the Chattanooga area. My food is always consistently good, my orders correct, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I eat here regularly as my wife's metaphysical shop (Mystic Nook) is in the same general area.“

“Best Taco Bell ever. Excellent for an after midnight drive thru run and several tasty options for vegan eaters. And most importantly, their track record on getting special orders right is head and shoulders above any other fast food location in the area.“

“I am from out of town, in Chattanooga for work. Today was the worst day of the week. Everyone mad about something so I have every intention of just going to my hotel and going to bed. My family and I never eat fast food because 99% of the time it just taste old. Decided last minute I would swing into Krystals right across from the hotel. With expectations set low i just want my little burger and my bed. Then I pulled up to order, the young man on the other end of the speaker sounded so polite and happy, then I pulled to the window and the young man (James) was singing, not only was he polite kind and full of life he truly made my day. Being in customer service you start to lose faith that people can just be nice to one another. And to top it off he cooked the food fresh! Thank you James for being amazing! Later found out he was the manager and that just made it better as you so many times see the managers barking orders and not setting the expectations! If you are in East Ridge stop in and see them! Thanks again James for making this horrible day so much better by just being kind and full of life!“
