“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“

“Picked up 12 breakfast combo meals for a work training meeting. The food was excellent along with the service. Everyone was very professional and the store was very clean. Staff had good attention to detail when they packed the order, they were also dressed neatly something you don’t see anymore in a lot of places. Thank you.“

“My family has been coming here for decades and I went to school and church with several Ankars at OLPH and NDHS. I went to the Brainerd location today (my favorite). Unfortunately today’s experience was not great (but there’s no way I’m giving an “I do not recommend”). We ordered 3 hoagies. The bread usually comes out warm and soft (and we usually buy a bag to take back to Oklahoma with us). Today’s bread was not warm, chewy, and a bit tough. The onion rings were cooked unevenly with one basket being very light in color and the other 2 being much darker. Idk how many Ankars work at this location, but I did not see anyone. I hope the legacy is not coming to a close. I still wanted to get a t-shirt before leaving. The girl at the counter was confused by my request and got someone else who had to get a 3rd person to locate the shirts. The size he brought out was M and I wanted L. Had to wait while he checked and there were no Ls. This took about 7 minutes from start to finish. No apologies or offers to order one. I’ll be back to Ankar’s next time I’m in town. Just not this location. I hope that things improve there. Ankar’s was a gem not too long ago and it would be a shame to lose this Chattanooga landmark.“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“While traveling to KY, we saw the sign for this LJS and decided to stop. I will say that this location is one of best I have eaten at in years! The employee welcomed us with a smile and assisted with questions. This store was busy but our food came out in a reasonable wait. “Let’s get one thing straight. Fast food doesn’t have to feel fast and careless. And this Wendy’s on Battlefield Parkway proves it every single time.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and moving with purpose. Orders come out quickly, and, here’s the shocking part… the food is actually HOT. Imagine that! Spicy nuggets and fries served the way they’re supposed to be.

The dining room is consistently spotless, and the drink station is just as clean. You’d be amazed how many fast-food restaurants can’t manage something that simple. Clean tables, stocked drink machines, and a restaurant that actually looks like someone takes pride in it. That’s becoming a rare sight these days.

I come here on my lunch break from work, and it’s one of the few places where I can actually enjoy a little peace and quiet while eating. No chaos, no filthy dining room, no cold food—just a well-run restaurant with a team that clearly cares.

And I’ll say what plenty of people are probably thinking. This location puts the Wendy’s in Dalton to shame. The difference in consistency, cleanliness, and customer service isn’t even close.

To the team at Battlefield Parkway, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Hot food, clean restaurant, fast service, and friendly people. It shouldn’t be extraordinary, but these days it absolutely is. This is how fast food is supposed to be done.“

“This Taco Bell always has the best customer service and friendliest employees! Their food is also made pretty well and consistently the same (don’t get me wrong, it’s still fast food so you will still sometimes receive cold/stale items, items not properly made, missing items, etc, but overall it’s one of the better Taco Bell’s in the area).“

“Nestled inside a gas station hides the greatest fried chicken, gizzards, livers, and turnip greens in all of Chattanooga.

Try it at your own risk as it will ruin you for other establishments. Especially the turnip greens and cornbread muffins combined.“

“I went in to order. The staff were very friendly and they helped me redeem a deal on my app! The restaurant is very clean. It has a down home feel. They had a display for Memorial Day ,as well as drawings made by children from a neighborhood church. It is handicapped accessible and has handicapped parking.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“we took a group of 72 people into this Chick-fil-A with the large majority being middle and highschool students. They were so incredible. Shoutout to Ms. Tracy for having a servant’s heart and making sure we were taken care of. She even walked around and asked the students if they needed refills. She was great and so was the rest of the team!!!“

“Sabrina welcomed my grandson and I in. Asked him what he would like to eat. Guessed his order, she new exactly what he wanted. Our food was fresh and hot. And the cinnamon roll was so good.
The rest of the staff was also very nice.

“We tried the deep fried turkey sandwich, didn't look anything like the sandwich on the commercial, why does the restaurant industry show such good looking sandwiches, just to let down the customer, should be false advertising, don't waste your money like I did“

“Employee seemed miffed when my neighbor told her 3 combo meals in one bag was too full. . . .I thought they would have asked if she wanted ketchup for the fries, but she had to ask. Everybody has an 'off' day, and I'm going to chalk it up to that.“

“The food was great, I ordered 2 single orders of biscuits and gravy but I suggest putting the gravy in a separate container. The gravy is very messy and is everywhere but the time I get home. The biscuits and gravy were in a styrofoam container inside a paper bag, inside a plastic bag, but the gravy was still very messy.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“
