“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“

“As most only leave negative reviews I hope this positive one helps! I have been getting 16 biscuits on the first Friday of each month for over a year for a company meeting, and I always deal with Gayle the manager and I cannot brag enough! biscuits' are ALWAYS hot and ready on the time I ask for them! to have a manager and store go out of their way to make my meeting's go off great is just far and in-between nowadays. if one bad experience turns your mind then sorry for your loss as we all make mistakes! even Hardees... give them a shot and ask for Gayle, and see if I'm wrong! thanks again as always Hardees and Mrs. Gayle“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“I come here at least two times a week and every time it is a good time! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A and I have one closer to me. That should say something. Way to go Chick-fil-A crew.“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“While traveling to KY, we saw the sign for this LJS and decided to stop. I will say that this location is one of best I have eaten at in years! The employee welcomed us with a smile and assisted with questions. This store was busy but our food came out in a reasonable wait. The food was good enough that we stopped on the way back to Florida!“

“This taco bell is ran more similarly to a chick-fil-A. Excellent customer service and fresh food served quickly. They do the little things that make a customer feel welcome; the girl taking my order asked how I was doing today instead of just being interested in my order. The guy at the window made conversation with me instead of closing the window while I waited on my meal. Excellent job, Taco Bell on Battlefield Parkway. Keep up the good work!“

“I’ve always loved this place and until now I’ve never had any issues at all. But this is my second review because the experience at the 3rd Street location has really been disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes for them to confirm a DoorDash order and ended up having to cancel it. They rarely answer the phone, and when you go inside they seem to get an attitude, especially with larger orders, even though they’re not the ones cooking. It’s frustrating enough that I’d rather go to the Brainerd location or try another wing spot from now on.“

“Nestled inside a gas station hides the greatest fried chicken, gizzards, livers, and turnip greens in all of Chattanooga.

Try it at your own risk as it will ruin you for other establishments. Especially the turnip greens and cornbread muffins combined.“

“Sabrina welcomed my grandson and I in. Asked him what he would like to eat. Guessed his order, she new exactly what he wanted. Our food was fresh and hot. And the cinnamon roll was so good.

“FOOD IS NORMALLY AWESOME. FRIENDLY STAFF. NORMALLY MINIMUM WAIT TIME. BUT THE FRENCH FRIES ARE SOMETIMES OVER-COOKED OR BURNT. TRYING TO EAT THEM IS LIKE CHEWING ON A PIECE OF RUBBER. THE FRIES AT LA FAYETTE ARE ALWAYS GOOD. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG, BUT I WISH THEY'D FIND A WAY TO RESOLVE THIS.“

“The staff at Jacks in Fort Oglethorpe is absolutely wonderful! I always call ahead asking for a meal for my 96-year-old mom who thinks Jacks is the absolute best in the world! Today TAMMY answered and she was so kind and friendly and had everything waiting on me when I got here! Fresh and ready to go! My mom will be so excited!“

“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“We tried the deep fried turkey sandwich, didn't look anything like the sandwich on the commercial, why does the restaurant industry show such good looking sandwiches, just to let down the customer, should be false advertising, don't waste your money like I did“

“Our food was good. I just had to go back up 2xs for not giving us our order right. Then they wanted us to bring ALL the food we did get back up as if we were trying to seal 2 hamburgers that were only $4.50 for both. So be ready for a wait both in line and walk up but food is good ? I guess“

“The thing I liked about this location is it felt very friendly and it was a different atmosphere compared to other fast food chain the employees the nice and apologetic which you don’t see anymore to be honest and I travel I would recommend this to my friends and family and I has a great family oriented feeling.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“It's Arby's. You know exactly what you're getting. Ya know, they have the meats. This is one of the very best managed Arby's locations in the Chattanooga area. My food is always consistently good, my orders correct, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I eat here regularly as my wife's metaphysical shop (Mystic Nook) is in the same general area.“

“We have tried this location many times and was given the incorrect order or the food was really old. We decided to give it another shot and im glade we did. Tabitha was awesome! She made sure our order was fresh and correct. She was very nice and helpful unlike the attitude of past employees. So happy they have hired someone who actually cares.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“This is the good Dairy Queen.
You know how some DQs hand you a lopsided cone and a Blizzard that looks full but was only mixed on top, and the bottom 75% was soft serve? Not here. This location actually serves stuff that looks like the ads—tall, clean swirls, solid mix-ins, no mess.

They’re fast, the place is clean, and the staff actually seem like they don’t hate being there, which is rare enough to mention. It’s way better than the other DQ nearby, where everything feels like a training day gone wrong and it’s the customers fault lol

If you’re stopping off the interstate, don’t be scared, this DQ won’t disappoint.“

“Canadian ham, bacon cheese burger. Sandwich was squashed but tasty. Almost to sweet for my taste buds. Long line but moved fairly well. Until the car in front of me changed their order at the window. Lost business as several cars behind me left.“

Friendly & fast service; all of the employees were cutting up with us & each other, like friends & family! It was a warm vibe & we enjoyed eating inside! You know that this restaurant has great management, when allll of the employees are happy to be there!“

“I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to Macie! Even while braving the rush outside, she kept the energy high and brought such a fun vibe to the line. She’s not only friendly and attentive, but she’s genuinely funny, and her sense of humor made waiting in the drive-thru surprisingly enjoyable.

When she brought my food to the car, she double checked everything with a smile and threw in a quik joke that had me laughing as I pulled away, and I don't even remember what it was! It’s rare to see someone handle a busy drive-thru with that level of positivity, personality, and efficiency.
