“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“

“As most only leave negative reviews I hope this positive one helps! I have been getting 16 biscuits on the first Friday of each month for over a year for a company meeting, and I always deal with Gayle the manager and I cannot brag enough! biscuits' are ALWAYS hot and ready on the time I ask for them! to have a manager and store go out of their way to make my meeting's go off great is just far and in-between nowadays. if one bad experience turns your mind then sorry for your loss as we all make mistakes! even Hardees... give them a shot and ask for Gayle, and see if I'm wrong! thanks again as always Hardees and Mrs. Gayle“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“I come here at least two times a week and every time it is a good time! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A and I have one closer to me. That should say something. Way to go Chick-fil-A crew.“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“I’ve always loved this place and until now I’ve never had any issues at all. But this is my second review because the experience at the 3rd Street location has really been disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes for them to confirm a DoorDash order and ended up having to cancel it. They rarely answer the phone, and when you go inside they seem to get an attitude, especially with larger orders, even though they’re not the ones cooking. It’s frustrating enough that I’d rather go to the Brainerd location or try another wing spot from now on.“

“Hark! Gather ye ‘round, for I shall recount my recent venture into the hallowed lobby of Taco Bell, that fine establishment of speedy nourishment and mysteriously delightful cuisine. Upon crossing the threshold, mine eyes were greeted by menus of such splendor that even the bards of yore would struggle to describe them without fainting from excitement.

I did partake of their esteemed tacos, burritos, and other delicacies whose names I dare not attempt to pronounce in public, lest I embarrass myself. Yet let it be known: the food was excellent—so wondrous, in fact, that I briefly suspected enchantment. Each bite did dance upon my tongue as merrily as a jester at a king’s festival.

The staff did serve me with great haste and courtesy, as though I were a wandering knight returning from quest and deserving of immediate sustenance. Truly, their kindness was most appreciated, for hunger had slain my patience long before I entered.

In conclusion, I proclaim this Taco Bell to be a place of mighty satisfaction. Shouldst thou desire a feast both swift and delicious, look no further—thy cravings shall be vanquished with admirable skill“

“Nestled inside a gas station hides the greatest fried chicken, gizzards, livers, and turnip greens in all of Chattanooga.

Try it at your own risk as it will ruin you for other establishments. Especially the turnip greens and cornbread muffins combined.“

“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“The staff at Jacks in Fort Oglethorpe is absolutely wonderful! I always call ahead asking for a meal for my 96-year-old mom who thinks Jacks is the absolute best in the world! Today TAMMY answered and she was so kind and friendly and had everything waiting on me when I got here! Fresh and ready to go! My mom will be so excited!“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“The thing I liked about this location is it felt very friendly and it was a different atmosphere compared to other fast food chain the employees the nice and apologetic which you don’t see anymore to be honest and I travel I would recommend this to my friends and family and I has a great family oriented feeling.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“We have tried this location many times and was given the incorrect order or the food was really old. We decided to give it another shot and im glade we did. Tabitha was awesome! “I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to Macie! Even while braving the rush outside, she kept the energy high and brought such a fun vibe to the line. She’s not only friendly and attentive, but she’s genuinely funny, and her sense of humor made waiting in the drive-thru surprisingly enjoyable.

When she brought my food to the car, she double checked everything with a smile and threw in a quik joke that had me laughing as I pulled away, and I don't even remember what it was! It’s rare to see someone handle a busy drive-thru with that level of positivity, personality, and efficiency.

“Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.

Parking: I wouldn't say that they lack parking spots but the parking is sorta awkward like.“
