“From the time we got in line to getting our food, the experience was pleasant. Although there were several cars ahead of us, the wait wasn’t as long as I’d expected it to be. The lady that took our order was precise and made sure it was correct. When we got to the window, the young lady greeted us, took our payment, gave us our order, and thanked us for coming. Overall, the whole visit lasted about 10 mins, which I was very pleased with. Our food was hot and just the way we’d ordered it.“

“Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. “Limited menu. Only one size fry and drink. Medium. No chicken noodle soup. You fix your own drink. You do not pay at the Chick-fil-a counter. You pay around the corner at the checkout desk. You pay for all food items in the cafeteria at the same checkout desk. Including Subway and Chef's Corner.“

“One of my favorite Hardee's to visit for over 20 years. We took the grandkids there today. The kids are picky eaters so we were surprised they ate everything they ordered. They really enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries. The lady at the drive through was very good at customer service and interacted well with our five year old.“

The food quality, pricing, and timing were far above average. And although I was in the drive thru, I could see into a clean and well kept dining area. They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want. “It’s Hardee’s.. never a nice cashier but the food is always good. When a customer says thank you, say SOMETHING back. Anything. Literally all I ever get from a Hardee’s employee is.. nothing. No smile. Nothing… but it’s ok, because they have country ham and biscuit and biscuit and gravy. Both are SO GOOD.. so I’ll continue to eat breakfast at Hardee’s when I see one near me.“

I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food.
