this happened at the hardees in mcminnville tn I came in to get something like I always do and instead of sitting in peace a man rudely asked me "what my plan is" I come everyday and order food and use the wifi for a while I am paying customer not a tyrant you dont treat a customer like that especially when I never cause issues and bother noone do better

I waiting 20 min for my food this is ridiculous only one cashier up front it always like this make no sense at all . I saw a lady getting food ready for drive threw she dropping stuff everywhere and put back up like french fries cart we they touch floor they should not be used just nasty
Keshia was our cashier and then also made our food... Awesome lady but manager carl was very rude and seem to be bringing home life to work. He scolded her for saying a cuss word in front of the customers but 45 seconds later was cussing her under his breath but loud enough for us to hear. Very very bad manager skills carls has and something needs to be done about it or we will take our money else where

Based on the reviews, this Hardee's location has a mix of experiences. The people that work there seem nice and have been there for quite a while. It is kid-friendly and seems to be a good place to take the kiddos. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent, with wide rows, parking, ramps, and easily accessible wheelchair wrap right next to the handicap parking spots by the door. While it is not the fastest Hardee's, the food is guaranteed to be fresh and hot.
