We had 8 items on an order. (2) items were “right”. Very rude and kinda racist employees rolled her eyes as we had to tell her 5 times how we wanted (1) item.
We get our food, and it’s stuff that has apparently been sitting awhile. Absolutely terrible service, hospitality and food.
Not all of us are white devils… I work in service work too, this was unbelievably bad.. there’s a time and place for diversity hires

Based on the reviews, this Hardee's location has a mix of experiences. Some customers reported cold French fries, iced sweet tea with no ice, and a wrong order on the famous star combo cheese burger, which was frustrating after paying over 10 dollars. However, many other reviews highlight very clean and very nice customer service in a nice building and location. The biscuits are always hot and ready on time, and one customer has been getting 16 biscuits monthly for over a year without complaint. The food is always good here, with fresh fries, fresh apple turnovers, and hot, well-prepared burgers like the Frisco burger. The people that work there seem nice and have been there for quite a while. It is kid-friendly and seems to be a good place to take the kiddos. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent, with wide rows, parking, ramps, and easily accessible wheelchair wrap right next to the handicap parking spots by the door. While it is not the fastest Hardee's, the food is guaranteed to be fresh and hot.
