“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“

“As most only leave negative reviews I hope this positive one helps! I have been getting 16 biscuits on the first Friday of each month for over a year for a company meeting, and I always deal with Gayle the manager and I cannot brag enough! biscuits' are ALWAYS hot and ready on the time I ask for them! to have a manager and store go out of their way to make my meeting's go off great is just far and in-between nowadays. if one bad experience turns your mind then sorry for your loss as we all make mistakes! even Hardees... give them a shot and ask for Gayle, and see if I'm wrong! thanks again as always Hardees and Mrs. Gayle“

“Mary’s plate lunches are the best! No cans in her kitchen. Homemade desserts are delicious. And the grill is manned by Christopher and they will melt in your mouth YUMBO! The staff is attentive to your needs and they love the customers. No wonder they have been and stayed in business since 1918. Family owned and now run by the 4th generation. I’ve even seen the 5th and 6th generation helping when they are “in the weeds”. You owe it to yourself to eat there.“

“Delicious, localy owned and opperated, specialty burger place. Everything ive tried has been excellent. Service was good and the staff went out of there way to be helpful. Boosey milkshakes were fun and apps were interesting. Deffinately worth a go for a different kind of burger place.“

“My husband and I go here about twice a month here lately. He likes that they serve vegetables. I enjoy their fried chicken salads and onion rings. There’s a variety of food for you to enjoy. The waitress is on point and friendly. The decor hasn’t changed much in years and that’s ok. I’m not going to look at the decor, just to grab a good meal.“

We had chosen them after hearing one recommendation and hadn’t even tasted the food before and my husband and I, along with every guest we had, agree the food was delicious!!! During our reception Antonio (the owner and chef) himself came up to us and was making sure we were taken care of (including bringing my husband and I full plates of chips of queso)!! “We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“
