“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“

7:30pm rolls around. The kids are asleep. Phew. That sure was tough putting those kids to sleep. Boy am I hungry. I’ll check the pantry for some snacks. BAM! Your kids and pregnant wife ate all of the snacks. What will you do now?
Then. Like a bolt of genius, you remember. Sitting in the passenger seat of your SUV is a BIG ol' slab of bologna topped with fresh tomato’s, crispy lettuce, cheese, and a slightly moist bun. WOW. What a treat for dad.
Dad, despite having kids and a wife, doesn’t go to bed hungry.
You might be inclined to hunker down in your garage. Perhaps sneak a beer in there too. Then. When you’re ABSOLUTELY sure nobody’s around, you finish your absolutely scrump dilly leftovers from Mervs. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. Go ahead. Get you a bite. Perhaps take a trip on the wild side and grab you a beer to go with it. Might enjoy it right then and there. Who knows?! Maybe even later, too.“

“We stopped by for lunch on the Tuesday after Labor Day. The place was not very busy, so we worried it would be so-so, but the food was excellent, and ready quickly. We had some time to kill before going to the aquarium, and this place was interesting enough to stay a while, with great views and entertainment for the kids. Great for the whole family. We would definitely go back.“

“This place is awesome! I am in town for work and just wanted some good food and a place where I can have a relaxing meal and this was the spot! I love that you order and then sear yourself inside or outside and place your buzzer on a disc and they find you with your order. The atmosphere is nice too - there are TVs if you want to watch the game and also nice music going. There is ample seating both indoors and out. And the outside patio is nicely located with a view of the Aquarium. The staff is very kind. And the food is amazing. I had the sliders with tots and also got the boozie cookie butter spiked shake. Everything was awesome. If you haven't tried their shakes you must do so.“

“I had dinner here during my trip to Chattanooga to help my daughter move here from Canada. I stayed within walking distance of this place. The area around here I found nice and seemed trendy and clean. I was able to walk in and got a seat right away. I had a blood mountain drink, it was refreshing and had great taste. For food I had the catfish tacos with fries and an order of their wings. The wings were a really good size. They are dry rubbed and chared. They had a ton of flavour. The tacos were also a decent size and full of flavour. The fries were also good. Service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. I personally like brick walls. The wall decor is neat and there are plenty of older pictures showing the history of the city. I will seek this place out again in a future return to the city“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“We like eating at O’Charley’s because most of the time it’s quiet and comfortable. We went Saturday and it felt so good in the restaurant because it was like 100 degrees outside! I ordered chicken tenders with Mac & cheese and smashed potatoes. The chicken was too salty but the sides were good. Of course the bread we got in the beginning was wonderful, but we weren’t offered anymore than that.
Our server was matter-of-fact, pleasant, not really the friendly type. Just there to do a job I guess, but she did check on us every so often.
We will probably go back again!“

“I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. “My wife and I have eaten at many bbq's around the Chattanooga, Tn area. Big Dan's BBQ is by far the best we have ever had. The pulled pork and chicken is very moist and flavorful. The baked beans are to die for so good! The slaw was also a home run best I have ever eaten. If you want the best get Big Dan's BBQ!“

“Let’s get one thing straight. Fast food doesn’t have to feel fast and careless. And this Wendy’s on Battlefield Parkway proves it every single time.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and moving with purpose. Orders come out quickly, and, here’s the shocking part… the food is actually HOT. Imagine that! Spicy nuggets and fries served the way they’re supposed to be.

The dining room is consistently spotless, and the drink station is just as clean. You’d be amazed how many fast-food restaurants can’t manage something that simple. Clean tables, stocked drink machines, and a restaurant that actually looks like someone takes pride in it. That’s becoming a rare sight these days.

I come here on my lunch break from work, and it’s one of the few places where I can actually enjoy a little peace and quiet while eating. No chaos, no filthy dining room, no cold food—just a well-run restaurant with a team that clearly cares.

And I’ll say what plenty of people are probably thinking. This location puts the Wendy’s in Dalton to shame. The difference in consistency, cleanliness, and customer service isn’t even close.

To the team at Battlefield Parkway, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Hot food, clean restaurant, fast service, and friendly people. It shouldn’t be extraordinary, but these days it absolutely is. This is how fast food is supposed to be done.“

“FOOD IS NORMALLY AWESOME. FRIENDLY STAFF. NORMALLY MINIMUM WAIT TIME. BUT THE FRENCH FRIES ARE SOMETIMES OVER-COOKED OR BURNT. TRYING TO EAT THEM IS LIKE CHEWING ON A PIECE OF RUBBER. THE FRIES AT LA FAYETTE ARE ALWAYS GOOD. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG, BUT I WISH THEY'D FIND A WAY TO RESOLVE THIS.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect.
