“Place was exceptionally clean, felt like stepping back into the 90s seeing grandparents with their grandkids in the play pin. Service was kind, and professional. I only ordered a drink and fries, the Carmel frappe wasn't covered and sticky with syrup outside the cup, the fries weren't old and came out pretty hot.“

UH OH! My stomach can’t handle the beer, eight southwestern egg rolls, and a bologna sandwich with slices so large you could use them as serving plates. Looks like I’ll have to save the rest of this bologna sandwich for later. I’ll take it home.
7:30pm rolls around. The kids are asleep. Phew. That sure was tough putting those kids to sleep. Boy am I hungry. I’ll check the pantry for some snacks. BAM! Your kids and pregnant wife ate all of the snacks. What will you do now?
Then. Like a bolt of genius, you remember. Sitting in the passenger seat of your SUV is a BIG ol' slab of bologna topped with fresh tomato’s, crispy lettuce, cheese, and a slightly moist bun. WOW. What a treat for dad.
Dad, despite having kids and a wife, doesn’t go to bed hungry.
You might be inclined to hunker down in your garage. Perhaps sneak a beer in there too. Then. When you’re ABSOLUTELY sure nobody’s around, you finish your absolutely scrump dilly leftovers from Mervs. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. Go ahead. Get you a bite. Perhaps take a trip on the wild side and grab you a beer to go with it. Might enjoy it right then and there. Who knows?! Maybe even later, too.“

“We stopped by for lunch on the Tuesday after Labor Day. The place was not very busy, so we worried it would be so-so, but the food was excellent, and ready quickly. We had some time to kill before going to the aquarium, and this place was interesting enough to stay a while, with great views and entertainment for the kids. Great for the whole family. We would definitely go back.“

“This place is awesome! I am in town for work and just wanted some good food and a place where I can have a relaxing meal and this was the spot! I love that you order and then sear yourself inside or outside and place your buzzer on a disc and they find you with your order. The atmosphere is nice too - there are TVs if you want to watch the game and also nice music going. There is ample seating both indoors and out. And the outside patio is nicely located with a view of the Aquarium. The staff is very kind. And the food is amazing. I had the sliders with tots and also got the boozie cookie butter spiked shake. Everything was awesome. If you haven't tried their shakes you must do so.“

“I love their Cheeseburgers. If you want to call in an order it’s hit or miss if they’ll answer the phone. I’ve actually had them pick it up and hang it up immediately. But I keep going back because they have the best burgers in my area.“

“My family has been coming here for decades and I went to school and church with several Ankars at OLPH and NDHS. I went to the Brainerd location today (my favorite). Unfortunately today’s experience was not great (but there’s no way I’m giving an “I do not recommend”). We ordered 3 hoagies. The bread usually comes out warm and soft (and we usually buy a bag to take back to Oklahoma with us). Today’s bread was not warm, chewy, and a bit tough. The onion rings were cooked unevenly with one basket being very light in color and the other 2 being much darker. Idk how many Ankars work at this location, but I did not see anyone. I hope the legacy is not coming to a close. I still wanted to get a t-shirt before leaving. The girl at the counter was confused by my request and got someone else who had to get a 3rd person to locate the shirts. The size he brought out was M and I wanted L. Had to wait while he checked and there were no Ls. This took about 7 minutes from start to finish. No apologies or offers to order one. I’ll be back to Ankar’s next time I’m in town. Just not this location. I hope that things improve there. Ankar’s was a gem not too long ago and it would be a shame to lose this Chattanooga landmark.“

“My husband and I go here about twice a month here lately. He likes that they serve vegetables. I enjoy their fried chicken salads and onion rings. There’s a variety of food for you to enjoy. The waitress is on point and friendly. The decor hasn’t changed much in years and that’s ok. I’m not going to look at the decor, just to grab a good meal.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “I had dinner here during my trip to Chattanooga to help my daughter move here from Canada. I stayed within walking distance of this place. The area around here I found nice and seemed trendy and clean. I was able to walk in and got a seat right away. I had a blood mountain drink, it was refreshing and had great taste. For food I had the catfish tacos with fries and an order of their wings. The wings were a really good size. They are dry rubbed and chared. They had a ton of flavour. The tacos were also a decent size and full of flavour. The fries were also good. Service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. I personally like brick walls. The wall decor is neat and there are plenty of older pictures showing the history of the city. I will seek this place out again in a future return to the city“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“Central Park in Hixson is always a great choice! The food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious, and the service is always quick, friendly, and courteous. You can tell they take pride in taking care of their customers. One of my favorite things, though, has to be the funny and creative messages they put up on their billboard. They always manage to make me smile when I drive by! Great food, great service, and a little humor along the way. Definitely a 5-star experience and a place I’m always happy to visit!“

My husband and I were welcomed by the hostess and host with fun and bubbly attitudes. We were immediately sat at a requested booth. We ordered the 2 for 25 deal and dollar Rita's. Our server, Ashley, was perfect even though we ran her back and forth with drinks. Our table was cleaned throughout. Our food was ran to us in record time. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Dollar drinks tasted so good. Can't wait to be back“

“Our favorite Cookout Trays are the grilled chicken trays. My favorite is the grilled barbecue chicken. Their cole slaw is very good, too! I wish they had decaf unsweet iced tea. We also wish they would bring back the Christian music they used to play.“
