“Love going there, but sometimes the food isn't hot and seems to have been setting for a while. But my favorite is Mushroom and Swiss, then the Frisco Melt!! Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“
“The service was great just as it should be and the food was prepared in a record time aka very fast even for a " fast food " location. The staff was very friendly and not just to me, I witnessed alot of different customers come in the doors and they were all greeded with a " hello how are you and welcome to BK". Very refreshing to see customers being treated like they should be ; also the drive thru was running very smoothly, the orders were being processed very quickly aka timely and everything just flowed very smooth..I had been though the drive thru a couple times in the past and it ran very smooth than as well even when alot of cars / trucks were in it. So great job to this BK locations team you guys are very friendly and you do you job very well so drive on and keep up the great work. “Stopped through on a road trip at about 6:30 PM. Almost didn't because of the other negative reviews. Service was quick, all the food was hot and fresh, and they had everything on the menu that is sometimes out in the evening (potatoes, chili, frosties).“
“I get drinks and mozzarella there about once a week as a treat for me and my hubby. It’s amazing perfect and the service is AMAZING!!! Everyone at this location is great! There is one closer to me but o refuse to go there as they are so crabby no matter how nice you are to them. This location has the BEST people!!“
“Tonight after a long day I decto treat myself to dinner. Ordered a big Mac with no pickles and medium fries. Also ordered cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes for other family members. Waited 19 minutes for the food to come out. Get home (5 minute drive) our food is not only cold but my Big Mac had cheese and sauce on it. Nothing else and the roll is burnt... this was a Last chance for this location“

“This place was pretty good. 2 of us ate for roughly $30. Fresh cut fries. Loved that they weren't frozen crinkle. It is an eat in restaurant, but just enough to be a restaurant and not an "order at the counter" type. Bathroom was really nice, seemed clean, hard to tell with the lighting though, it's incredibly dim.I had a burger. Husband had a chicken sandwich. We were both happy with our food. The orders were correct. Limited drink selections.Would not be an every week meal, but we would certainly go back. Glad they are open on Saturdays now. They were pretty busy while I was there, but not too busy!Also have outdoor seating!“
“The food was really good. I got the merv burger and fries. The portions were plenty big to fill me up, especially the side of fries.The service was okay. The waitress was nice, but it was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, which was 4 burgers and fries.It was seat yourself, so I highly recommend sitting away from the door because there's not much weather-proofing. It was very cold near the door when I went and it was only 40ish degrees outside.“

“This place has changed ownership a few times over the past few years, sometimes for the good, sometimes the bad. However, wife & I ate there the other night about 25 mins prior to closing and we weren't rushed or felt unwanted by the staff whom I am sure were ready to get home. The food was good, hot, and tasty. Hot fries!! Yeah. Service was quick and friendly and we were treated like the first customer of the day rather than the last one prior to closing which we were. Very appreciated, will eat there again and soon.“
