“Our favorite Cookout Trays are the grilled chicken trays. My favorite is the grilled barbecue chicken. Their cole slaw is very good, too! I wish they had decaf unsweet iced tea. We also wish they would bring back the Christian music they used to play.“

“On Thursady 7/16/26 I sat at the bar and the bartender was wonderful. She was extremely busy and could have used some help from management. The manager did not seem busy and it could have lightened her load. Though the bartender was busy she stayed friendly and attentive and made me and my friend feel like we have been coming here forever. I have came in several times in the past and did not enjoy the experience or the atmosphere. I will definitely be back to see Shelby to enjoy the conversation ,food,and drinks.“

“My new Krystals! The morning dude is very friendly and is on the ball every morning. Knows my order by heart. The Lee Hwy store has an employee who hates her job..Donna! I tried for weeks to let her morning attitude go. The last straw was when she accused me of littering her parking lot with Bandage wrappers cause I wear a breath rite on my nose..outta there! The folks here on Shallowford are happy to ser e you!“

“I don't have a compliant. I just have a suggestion. If y'all don't have a dedicated person for lobby, please please at least have a bucket of sanitizer and rag available for customers to wipe off the tables. And the sanitizer be changed out often. People want to eat in the lobby and the tables are just not clean. That's all we ask. I'm not too good to bus my own table. Shout out to the young man who remedied the situation and did so with kindness, care, and urgency.“

“We went there for our Anniversary dinner tonight. The food was exceptional. Our server Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgable about the menu. He was also great at making sure our dinner needs were met. All the staff checked on all guests also. I would highly recommend this restuarant.“
