“First experience here ever very eye opening experience here tonight. I went in slightly tipsy and was literally given the worst service I've ever received in my entire almost 37 yrs of life. walked up to a familiar face and realized he was cut off. not sure of whatever happened prior to me walking in- started trying to joke with the bartender about awe why? just being in a playful mood because I just had a drink at home because I had a terrible day and my brother wanted to be nice and try to cheer me up by bringing me out for a drink. The bartender immediately shut down me down and gave me and immediate attitude I continued to try to get him to lighten up but his mood just kept getting worse. He however brought me my vodka and cranberry I ordered- I asked him why he was having a bad day and why he hated his job so much? just trying to get him to chill out- still extremely rude. A few more words were exchanged none of which were friendly he ripped said drink from my hand and asked me to leave however at one point because of said terrible day and him just being a dick and maybe a touch of the alcohol I did start to tear up and he just stood there with a cocky look on his face-laughing- whatever cool. However before I left I found out it was the owner. Steve Durkee- little miserable looking fella. Not sure why someone so miserable would be in such a personable career role.. you own a bar but have never dealt with someone drunk having a bad day? Bartenders are usually friendly and aim to make people feel better not like complete trash. Possible career change sooner than later, hopefully?“

“FOOD IS NORMALLY AWESOME. FRIENDLY STAFF. NORMALLY MINIMUM WAIT TIME. BUT THE FRENCH FRIES ARE SOMETIMES OVER-COOKED OR BURNT. TRYING TO EAT THEM IS LIKE CHEWING ON A PIECE OF RUBBER. Friendly & fast service; all of the employees were cutting up with us & each other, like friends & family! It was a warm vibe & we enjoyed eating inside! “This is the best McDonald's location in the region. You can visit this location and find a clean restaurant with friendly staff that offers freshly cooked food. I can't say the same for the Fort Oglethorpe, GA or East Ridge and Chattanooga, TN locations, especially in the evening hours. This location does it right!“

“I've been here twice. It's a small place that still has the seating from the seafood place it used to be. That works well with the decor and atmosphere!
The food is scrumptious! Delicious isn't a good enough word! I like variety and new flavors! I've had the Jerk Chicken, Stew Chicken, Callaloo Greens, Fried Plantains, Mac 'n Cheese, and Curry Potatoes. Many flavors completely new to me. I loved everything! Portions are big enough to make 2 meals of!
The owners are friendly and kind and keep the place clean! They are currently working on a nice outdoor dining area.“

“I've always loved steak 'n shake. I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!“

“I love the butter biscuits! They are the best, like homemade!! The cinnamon raisin are one of a kind!! Love those, big time. That's why everybody sits in line outside for drive thru. They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want.
