“First experience here ever very eye opening experience here tonight. I went in slightly tipsy and was literally given the worst service I've ever received in my entire almost 37 yrs of life. walked up to a familiar face and realized he was cut off. not sure of whatever happened prior to me walking in- started trying to joke with the bartender about awe why? just being in a playful mood because I just had a drink at home because I had a terrible day and my brother wanted to be nice and try to cheer me up by bringing me out for a drink. The bartender immediately shut down me down and gave me and immediate attitude I continued to try to get him to lighten up but his mood just kept getting worse. He however brought me my vodka and cranberry I ordered- I asked him why he was having a bad day and why he hated his job so much? just trying to get him to chill out- still extremely rude. A few more words were exchanged none of which were friendly he ripped said drink from my hand and asked me to leave however at one point because of said terrible day and him just being a dick and maybe a touch of the alcohol I did start to tear up and he just stood there with a cocky look on his face-laughing- whatever cool. However before I left I found out it was the owner. Steve Durkee- little miserable looking fella. Not sure why someone so miserable would be in such a personable career role.. you own a bar but have never dealt with someone drunk having a bad day? Bartenders are usually friendly and aim to make people feel better not like complete trash. Possible career change sooner than later, hopefully?“

Friendly & fast service; all of the employees were cutting up with us & each other, like friends & family! It was a warm vibe & we enjoyed eating inside! “Since I use a mobility scooter to get around they were extremely nice to me. I had to bring it inside since I was leaving right afterward I used the lady's room. I wasn't about to leave it outside. Very nice young man who worked there jumped right to it to open the door. Another one did the same thing when I left. Chivalry is not dead. Kindness is still alive. Everyone there was very kind and considerate.“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“Let’s get one thing straight. Fast food doesn’t have to feel fast and careless. And this Wendy’s on Battlefield Parkway proves it every single time.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and moving with purpose. Orders come out quickly, and, here’s the shocking part… the food is actually HOT. Imagine that! Spicy nuggets and fries served the way they’re supposed to be.

The dining room is consistently spotless, and the drink station is just as clean. You’d be amazed how many fast-food restaurants can’t manage something that simple. Clean tables, stocked drink machines, and a restaurant that actually looks like someone takes pride in it. That’s becoming a rare sight these days.

I come here on my lunch break from work, and it’s one of the few places where I can actually enjoy a little peace and quiet while eating. No chaos, no filthy dining room, no cold food—just a well-run restaurant with a team that clearly cares.

And I’ll say what plenty of people are probably thinking. This location puts the Wendy’s in Dalton to shame. The difference in consistency, cleanliness, and customer service isn’t even close.

To the team at Battlefield Parkway, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Hot food, clean restaurant, fast service, and friendly people. It shouldn’t be extraordinary, but these days it absolutely is. This is how fast food is supposed to be done.“

“I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!“

“I go to this Hardee's literally 5 days a week.My husband loves there breakfast. And so do i.But What makes it worth every cent is the Employee Ms. Sheila C. Im not sure if there's 2 Sheila's .But I seen on my receipt she has a c after her name.I always go in .She is always so sweet and friendly. “Staff were very friendly. Store is always very clean and orderly. Got their breakfast pizza once and that was great, but ordered their regular pizzas last night, and had two major complaints. First and foremost, Sweet Pizza Sauce. That's all I have to say really. Serving sweet pizza sauce isn't just disgusting, its reminiscent of Chuck E Cheese. Second, there is such a thing as too much cheese. Believe it or not, a good pizza is all about balance, and the cheese balance was entirely off. The pizzas were both HEAVY with a thick thick layer of cheese. Also, the pepperoni pizza only had roughly 2 pepperoni per slice, which is way too few. The only good things I can say about the regular pizza, is I really like their crust, and unlike the pepperoni pizza, the chicken bacon ranch had plenty of toppings. Giving it 4 stars because the pizza is cheap, and the staff were very friendly. But if I ever order anything, it won't be the red sauce again. Chicken bacon ranch it is.“

“Me and my husband walk in and this was our first time there since yall open and it was a employee on front line and then there was a manager her name was Brittany and she was so amazing her attitude the way she greet customers when they come in and she made me feel very welcome and my food was fresh. “I am from out of town, in Chattanooga for work. Today was the worst day of the week. Everyone mad about something so I have every intention of just going to my hotel and going to bed. My family and I never eat fast food because 99% of the time it just taste old. Decided last minute I would swing into Krystals right across from the hotel. With expectations set low i just want my little burger and my bed. Then I pulled up to order, the young man on the other end of the speaker sounded so polite and happy, then I pulled to the window and the young man (James) was singing, not only was he polite kind and full of life he truly made my day. Being in customer service you start to lose faith that people can just be nice to one another. And to top it off he cooked the food fresh! Thank you James for being amazing! Later found out he was the manager and that just made it better as you so many times see the managers barking orders and not setting the expectations! If you are in East Ridge stop in and see them! Thanks again James for making this horrible day so much better by just being kind and full of life!“

“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“
