I drive past the fort Oglethorpe ga location to come to this Arby's, why because this location ALWAYS is clean. Bathroom clean floor clean tables clean people cleaning and making sure things are stocked and clean. The food is always hot. After the horrible I had on 8/15/23 I went in thinking this place will be dirty like the last restaurant I just left. I was dead wrong clean clean and clean. I had an issue with the app not working properly. I explained the issue I was having to the cashier, jasmine , who then escalated it to the store manger, Heather. They resolved my problem quickly and very professionally. Thanks for the great service. Definitely my favorite Arby's to stop by!

I went to Arby's In East Ridge and wanted their New Cheese burger on the Menu the lady at the Drive - Thur said they didn't have hamburger meat it's on your menu why wouldn't you have hamburger patties ? Then I get my food and the Fries are cold and stale!
