I love dunkin donuts and I'm a repeat offender (m-f), but specifically I frequent this location. This is hands down the BEST location. Fast, friendly, service and your items made correctly, EVERY morning.

Above & beyond staff working at the East Ridge location.
I drive past the Dunkin that is 5 minutes from my house, to go to this one because the employees are friendly & strive to get my order correct!

They couldn't make my drink so they done their best to make a new one. It was really good 😊

Based on the reviews, Dunkin' has a mix of experiences. The drinks are sometimes not hot enough, and the quality is not enough to keep customers coming. Some locations are out of donuts before 3pm, but other locations have munchkins and double chocolate donuts available by 8:30am. The avacado toast can feel untoasted, but at other times it is perfect. The parking lot can be very small, and orders are sometimes wrong, like getting mocha instead of French vanilla creamer. However, the service is often stellar. The drive-through answers questions promptly and courteously, with kind and personable staff. Customers are greeted with a smile, and the atmosphere is very clean. Staff are friendly, and some even say happy birthday. Regulars are always given everything they need and are always so sweet, even when short staffed.
