“Last night 10/14/26 - I went through the drive thru and had such a lovely conversation with the person taking my order that I forgot to order a large Coke! I remembered as I pulled up to the pickup window and asked a gentleman who was running the food if he'd mind adding a Coke for me to buy. He said no problem -they'd check me out at the front.

When I got to the front - the young man running back and forth paid for my Coke! I had a pretty big order and I was so touched by the whole experience that I asked the pick up guy for the runners name and the name of the kind lady who took my order and he said Bobby and Serenity.

They both made my day without even knowing it… They were just being their genuine - wonderful selves - making people's day in a Chick fil A drive thru. I had to write something about Bobby and Serenity because they’re so sweet and such hard workers and I noticed. Even the person who told me their names was great. Great staff picks Dawsonville CFA! 💛🫶“

“Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place.“
