Hey Zaxby's, most people don't want to download yet another app, Or create an account on your website & give up personal info in order to get a deal at your restaurants.
Love the food here and generally is pretty good but sometimes they just let you down. Like if you order double fries and they give you single fries, forget to use seasoning or like this last time, order a drink without ice so they penalize you by reducing your drink to a medium which seems illegal but sure. Generally OK but sometimes can be infuriating to deal with.

Got the app. Went to go redeeme The free meal it did not work. The manager wouldn't do anything about it. And I wasted my time and my gas. So it's useless to download the app because you don't get anything out of it.
