We placed an online order, as we usually do and is wrong most of the time. If I don’t have time to cook I can deal. What I’m extremely annoyed with is that when the doors are closed at 9:01 and there’s 12 cars in line they can walk around the lobby filling up the drinks but not hand me/let me walk in to grab the food I already paid for(or we would have went elsewhere) but tell me to go wait in the drive through. I went to the Zaxbys on 25th Street last night around 9:00pm and witnessed one of the most disgusting treatments of a person with a disability that I have ever seen! The worker was attending to the front and they were busy his window was completely full of done orders, he was moving as fast as I am sure he could had to get orders out to customers!
