Alysa was very pleasant taking my money at the 1st window. I was however not pleased with the fact that chili can't be substituted for fries in the $5 biggie bag combos. I've not had this issue, but with this location. The lady at the 2nd window was not very pleasant. I came through the drive thru at 13:50 2/20/24. This location is never really busy it's kinda easy to see why. The cheese on my Jr bacon cheese burger was not even melted. My nuggets were luke warm and soft not crispy.
This McGrady Drive location rarely makes mistakes. My receipt is time stamped 12:47 pm. I departed your drive-thru and tried to call as I was traveling across the grocery store parking lot; no answer, no worries. I decided to wait until I arrived at the post office and write this review before exiting my car.
