Starla is very welcoming and has a great personality. Her positive and upbeat attitude makes our visit pleasant each time. Food was good. Like having the option of different flavored sodas. Place has always been clean. Like having a sink option outside of bathroom.

Alysa was very pleasant taking my money at the 1st window. I was however not pleased with the fact that chili can't be substituted for fries in the $5 biggie bag combos. I've not had this issue, but with this location. The lady at the 2nd window was not very pleasant. I came through the drive thru at 13:50 2/20/24. This location is never really busy it's kinda easy to see why. The cheese on my Jr bacon cheese burger was not even melted. My nuggets were luke warm and soft not crispy.

This McGrady Drive location rarely makes mistakes. My receipt is time stamped 12:47 pm. I departed your drive-thru and tried to call as I was traveling across the grocery store parking lot; no answer, no worries. I decided to wait until I arrived at the post office and write this review before exiting my car. My complaint is:When the drive-thru attendant removed my card from the card reader, it was not immediately handed to me. I did not feel comfortable about my debit card being completely out of my direct line of sight. Please do not make that mistake again. Thank you have a good day.

Wendys is good. Nothing special though... if you are craving a burger or some nuggies you can definitely get ur fix. Pretzel bun burger was pretty fire.

Food was hot and fresh. And the restaurant was very clean. Lots of staff and everyone was very friendly.
I ordered our food on doordash and got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal. And also the bacon burger meal I ordered the pomegranate lemonade drink. So I go to the drive-thru I tell them I have a pickup with my name they tell me to come up to the front window the gentleman comes to the window and says okay we have to make the ghost pepper chicken sandwich now. When my app on my door dash said that the food was already for pickup............ I thought that that was strange so I thought okay no big deal they have to make the sandwich cuz they wanted to make sure it was hot when we got there even though the app said the order was completed. So we sat there until they cook the sandwich and made both meals. But if you order on the doordash app and you give the lot of time for you to pick up the actual items. Why wait until somebody gets there when the item I have already been paid four I understand it was 9:30 ish at nightbut if someone has ordered that late and has paid for their items on the app already why not just have the items ready for when they get there. I understand the drinks because you don't want to let them sit there but you can give the drinks to them when they get there who knows some people might have changed their minds and what they wanted you never know I get that part. We had to sit there an extra 15 minutes for our food to get done before they walked it out to us and gave it to us there was two cars that came up behind me I don't know what they ordered but they went through the drive-thru and were gone before we were even done and I had ordered our food through the doordash app. I'm not a doordasher I'm just ordered my food through there because sometimes it's easier for pick up. The ghost pepper sandwich was amazing my daughter said she absolutely loved it. My burger was awesome. I'm just still not a big fan of Wendy's fries but I still ate them my daughter is not either but we still ate them. My only complaint is the time that we had to wait extra because we already ordered online. Oh I also got chili which I forgot the chili was different this time... It was not the same like it usually is it was more watery than usual and I love they're chili I don't know if because it was around the end of the night I have no idea but I was very disappointed in my chili. Other than that the food was great. But if somebody orders on an app the food should be done I'm not a doordasher I was just picking my food up.

Service was horrible !!!!!!!! First....they didnt even have my order on the screen to make the food when i got there...which i remind you i waited about 15 mins bc i ordered it through DoorDash before i went to pick it up, she kept asking me are you at the right place like my screen on the phone didnt say that exact store!!! Then she writes the food down i ordered and proceed to get them to make it. I gave her SIMPLE instructions on how i wanted the cheese burgers for my kids...then i asked for cups for water since we had to wait an extra 12 mins shes telling me just get water as if we were going to seal soda or juice ...when in all reality it should have been given to us because we had to wait on the order that should have already been made so finally we get the food and we leave the kids wanted to eat in the car so one of the burgers which just had cheese on it had no cheese at all ..which was simple …where is the cheese ???? I go back in there I bring the sandwich I'll tell her it's wrong she goes what's wrong with it I said there's no cheese instead of remaking the burger and giving me a new one she gave me a block of cheese in a close container I'm not gonna lie that really pissed me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So for this wendys on McGrady Rd Cleveland tn i will NEVER patronize them again!
