Awful experience. We ordered two fried Cobb salads. We got home, looked at our salads, and there was zero chicken. Called the store and was told we could come all the way back to get our chicken with zero apologies.Get to the store, and I had to wait yet again to speak to the manager who only ordered chicken from the back for one salad. I had to then explain to her that it was two salads and not one. This was our second time at this location, and we had an awful experience the first time. We will not be back.

Got the app. Went to go redeeme The free meal it did not work. The manager wouldn't do anything about it. And I wasted my time and my gas. So it's useless to download the app because you don't get anything out of it.

The food and atmosphere here is amazing, I’d come here to eat food everyday if I could. The problem here is customer service, when they’re busy, they seriously slack on this. I’m not even eating, I’m a doordasher.

Constantly shorting fries and sauces even though you’ve paid for them. Always having to double and triple check and fight with them. I am attaching photos of my untouched fries one barely has any in it. This happens at this location all the freakin time.

I had ordered loaded fries specifically with zax sauce, and not only did they have ranch on it when I got my meal, they also left out the 8 ounce sauce I ordered. Would not recommend, unless you like your order messed up.

Do not get the loaded fries. Disgusting if you ask me. I ate it anyways because I was hungry and I've had worse but for 9 bucks you would think your meal would at least be hot. No thank you zaxbys. Last time I eat here.

When I asked for the zaxbys Club and double checked it was the one with bacon mayo and lettuce you said yes even though I caught the name change I should have checked it before leaving but this is unacceptable every time I come here my food is wrong or nearly inedibleDear zaxbysif you failed me so hard why would I go your of my way to go to your website to tell you what's wrong fix the problems I'm not putting in more effort than the people you choose to hire.
