This location is usually a great experience, but lately, it seems like they are hiring nothing but lazy entitled jerkslacking any type of maturity. Some of the females working the lobby and drive thru are (I'll put it nicely) horrible. They are rude.. lazy... they can't seem to get orders right.. can't even greet customers.. My favorite Zaxby's. Such a well run store. Quick and friendly. I make a lunch run for work once a week, and they always remember me, impressively, through the drive thru. Drive thru team kicks asssss!

I think we all understand that places are understaffed and overwhelmed. But cleanliness is something you CANNOT look over. We don’t eat here very often because of this very fact. One time maybe a mistake. Second time inexcusable. This is gross. Besides standing behind the counter worrying about who said by to who and checking your phone. Pick up a rag and wipe the tables and counters and make sure things are clean and stocked. You lost a customer.
