It’s always something at this zaxbys they don’t sauce the wings they forget food and the portion sizes are abysmal
love Zabys one of my favorite but Soddy Daisy needs to clean dining area more. last time no tables clean we cleaned our own and the couple behind us had to clean a table before they ate also.coke machine usually has ice packed up with coke flavors spashed on the ice. was like this once before cleaned it and the last time back the same way. not one table was cleaned and nowhere to eat unless u cleaned it yourself. Love my Zazbys please take care of this not just now but always.
I ordered two big Zax packs. The chicken size was way smaller than any time in the past. Only 1/3 of the bread was buttered. The service was very slow. When we walked in three customers had already ordered and 10 minutes later no customers inside had received any food. I do not know how many drive thru customers were serviced, but i only saw one drive thru order go out. Bad service and way undersized chicken fingers. Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has a hard working crew. The staff is very polite and gives great customer service. They are always greeted with a big welcome and a warm smile. The food is fresh and delicious. Some customers have received a free cookie for waiting. The restaurant has a clean location, but sometimes the dining area needs to be cleaned more. The staff is great, but some customers think the food is overpriced for the quality and portion. The Zaxbys trip is always loved, but some customers have had bad experiences with cold toast and skimpy salads. The staff needs to work on providing quicker service and better food quality. Overall, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great staff and customer service, but needs to improve on food quality and cleanliness.
