Drive-thru visit. Food was of expected quality. Time spent in line was brief. My only complaint is there was no sauce. Normally they charge you for extra sauce, Since this one had no sauce then I docked them stars for service. If you are going to make a big deal about the sauces then so am I.

I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru line with only 6 cars in front of me. I stopped eating here for months because when u go inside there is never a clean table, the countertops are a sticky mess and floor always has garbage. I might could understand if they were busy but that has never been the case and im just not talking 1 occassion. I decided to give it one more try today because my son loves zaxbys. Once we finally got our food we took it home to eat and it was completely cold. We only live 10 minutes away and afyer waiting that long, it was a total disappointment. This is the first review I have ever written but this place is horrible. We will never be back here again. I would put 0 stars if I could.

I think we all understand that places are understaffed and overwhelmed. But cleanliness is something you CANNOT look over. We don’t eat here very often because of this very fact. One time maybe a mistake. Second time inexcusable. This is gross. Besides standing behind the counter worrying about who said by to who and checking your phone. Pick up a rag and wipe the tables and counters and make sure things are clean and stocked. You lost a customer.

I never leave a review, but this restaurant was beyond ridiculous. It’s a fast food restaurant that only serves fried chicken tenders. We went in the restaurant hoping for a quick feed for a two year old. There were about 30 people sitting at tables and others standing. Not a single person had food! It took 35 minutes to get our food, and then the order was wrong. The entire time we waited, only two dine in customers received their food. The drive thru was serviced and the to-go/delivery orders were processed quickly, but dine-in customers had to wait. Completely unacceptable.

Worst Zaxby’s EVER !! Wilted salad, cold bread, dirty restaurant. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I realize Soddy has very few restaurants to pick from but avoid this one !!
