“Ok this place is delicious!! Burger is still one of the best and portions are great. The biscuit is great also, makes the south proud. Would have gave 5 stars but the hours are so crazy. I do respect the replies from the owner and commend u for prioritizing your family. Still being next to Chester frost at least being open on Saturdays would make sense“
“Bryson was so kind and patient with our family, especially with our toddler. He was helpful and even got our kiddo excited about his lunch which is nearly impossible most days. We love coming to Miller’s, and we hope Bryson is our waiter next time too.“
“Staff is really friendly and customer service is great! We went 2 hours before they closed and food came out fresh and hot. Very flavorful and their Mac and cheese tastes homemade, not cheap. Price came out to about $15 a person which included drinks and a side.“
“My daughter and I ate here and it was delicious. Emily was an incredibly sweet and attentive server and I highly recommend LH. Please give Chef Edgar a pay raise to ensure his employment...his food is absolutely amazing! Our steaks were cooked to perfection which my daughter was very impressed with as she is a picky eater. She said her steak had a nice char and was deliciously juicy even as a medium-well steak. We will definitely be back!“
“This is a great place for a date or to take you're family when you have a budget but want good food. Everything is so expensive now a days but you can still have a good time and eat restaurant quality and style at Applebee's in Hixson.Parking: Plenty of front door parking.Kid-friendliness: They have color books and crayons. They have a great selection of food options even if you have a picky eater.“
“I haven't been to a Waffle House in YEARS, if not decades. The food was great. The omelette was fluffy, the hash browns were perfect. Plenty of staff. Everyone was friendly. Great atmosphere. That place was hoppin'. You should be proud!“
“Well unfortunately I went to this amazing place on a date she actually wanted to come here low and behold my date never showed terrible time for me so I stayed had diner alone had wings and couple of cold ones and started talking to a beautiful lady at bar she kind had same experience as me low and behold we have been on a few dates staff was absolutely amazing friendly we have been back a few times keep it up“
“Our server Paige was AWESOME! Very friendly, attentive, and professional/experienced! We enjoyed the food very much, and had a great end to end dinning experience. The hostess was also very friendly and professional! We love Wooden City and will definitely recommend it and return when we are back to the area!“
“This restaurant has great food, wonderful coattails and friendly service. We have been so disappointed in many restaurants serving “cheap versions” of authentic food but the food here was original and well prepared. My trout was perfectly cooked, my husband’s chicken pharm sandwich was delicious and the cauliflower gratin was to die for! Definitely worth checking out.“
“What a great gem in Chattanooga! Service & atmosphere was a delight as we sat outside on heated patio.Shrimp& grits were delish & loved the detail of deviled egg on Cobb salad. Great selection of scotch & bourbon. The barkeep old fashion is a must!“
“We are from out of town and wanted to try a good but non expensive bbq place for it being our first time in town. This place is amazing! For 5 people cost us $55! Servers are really nice and has play houses for little kids! 10/10 recommend!Kid-friendliness: It has some play houses for the kids to play on while getting food!“
“Amazing! Where do I even begin! The atmosphere reminiscent of a steak house I loved called Starks in Northern California. You smell the smokey wood fire smell with none of the downside. Air is clear and fresh. Kitchen is visible from most the restaraunt. Server Robbie was truly a server. He gave great suggestions and was very attentive. On his suggestion I tried the whipped feta appetizer which came with fresh made pita. I love feta but this was a whole new level with honey in the center. My husband ordered buttermilk fried chicken. It was tender and juicy on inside and nice crispy on the outside. Entrees are A la carte. I ordered the charred gem lettuce and wood oven roasted fingerling sweet potatoes. Hubbie shared all my sides and tried some of his chicken. Perfect meal! Then we ordered dessert. Because really that's why we came. My coworker raved about their tres leches cake. And it was topped with fresh whipped cream not from a can.hand whipped. Yummy. We will be back. So satisfied. Definitely fine dining but not snobby and dress as you like.“
“Chic and delicious spot in downtown Chattanooga! We came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had a blast. Oysters, champagne, caviar, bolognese, and more! I highly recommend checking this place out. Plus, the location is great if you want to bop around before of afterward.“
“Went to Smokey Bones for a last minute date night and am super satisfied. The loaded bbq baked potato was phenomenal for the extremely low cost 10/10. Marty was very kind and his service was wonderful. Will definitely be back & recommend!“
“Great experience with a passionate staff!Do you ever walk into a new place to find it is amazing from the second you enter? From the atmosphere to the people (the energy for lack of a better word) is vibrating and joyful. This is Main Street MeatsWe stopped at Main Street Meats as part of a food tour, and although it was only a brief stop, we were met with such enthusiasm from our server that I hope to visit Main Street Meats each time I come to Chattanooga. And the frozen whiskey sour cocktail! I live in a city that celebrates cocktail culture, and we have quite a few beautiful craft cocktail bars, but this is the first time I have ever had a frozen whiskey sour. Though I live in a town that has frozen ginger beer and frozen wine and other frozen-slushy cocktails. This whiskey sour was beautifully prepared and just delicious! Gosh, I can just imagine having one of these on the summer day.We had a baby charcuterie plate, with a little mix of meats and cheeses and mustard etc, and everything was curated and chosen so carefully. What a beautiful experience for such a short stop! I will be back.“
“This restaurant in Chattanooga is great. The atmosphere is amazing, it sits beside the river so of course it has amazing views. Our service was awesome, and our meal was spectacular. We got the key lime pie to go because we were too full to eat it after our meal but it was delicious anyway! We will definitely return!“
“We were lucky to snag a reservation on Saturday and were greeted by Shannon (amazing knowledge and guidance) who helped us through an extraordinary meal. We started with the Foi Gras, proceeded to share the pork belly, and then it was on to our main courses of Ossobuco and a wagyu NY strip. It was incredible, start to finish. The presentation, wine selection suggestions - there wasn't a thing I would improve. Just fantastic.“
“This restaurant is a must try!!! The food is incredible and Anya our waitress went out of her way to make us feel welcome!! I wish I could add another star for being dog friendly!!! They brought out dog water and dog biscuits for our dog and made us feel comfortable having him on the patio!! Can’t say enough good things!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks again for a great lunch and including our Doberman Zeus!!!!“
“Absolutely fantastic food and service! I couldn’t have enjoyed my experience here more. I highly recommend the tater tots and charcoal lemonade, as these were the most unique food items I had. The fried chicken bagel sandwich was also unique and delicious. The only downside is the Nashville sized prices.“
“First time here it was a great breakfast. They bring us a pot of coffee to get a started. They have many choices from classic breakfast items to healthy choices.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegetarian options along with just healthy choicesDietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options available“
“Consistent cook on burgers during the evenings. (Two people ordering medium and medium rare). Burgers are all over the board on flavors. Pick one and figure out where you lean each visit. Haven’t had a bad burger. I have learned where to adjust on preference of flavors. Good drink specials and beer menu! Their fries are crisp and the chipotle ketchup is very nice to mix up the sweet tang of normal ketchup.“
“This was our first time. We went to the location at Cherokee Blvd. LOVED the French toast and Farm Stand tacos. But we were placed right between two other families and felt like I was at their table. It was really loud and I struggled to talk to my husband for hearing the conversation within elbows reach of me.“
“If you told me that a diner attached to a 2 star hotel was this kind of boondiggity I would have thought you were special. First off, they got something for everyone; tex mex, Greek, standard diner fare, they got it. Whoever wrote the menu has carpal tunnel in the wrist. Food was on point, fresh, hot, fast. Service was timely and engaged and the atmosphere was a lot better than I would have ever thought of a place attached to a 2star hotel. Now let's talk about your desire for diabetes.....they got whatever variety of diabetes you desire. Cakes, cheese cakes, canole, baklava....etc. bring ya metformin.Kid-friendliness: High chairs galore and something for the picky eaters“
“At the base of Signal Mountain on Suck Creek Rd. in Chattanooga TN lies a treasure. The River Drifters Restaurant offers truly inspired and unique American cuisine. Lovely wait staff and background rock beats from 60's to 90's. $2.50 house draft and daily specials make this place a must stop, inbound, outbound, and twice while in town.“
“I was in the area in 11/5/2023 and was looking for a place to eat. Doc Holiday’s came up in the search. After reading the reviews, which I’m skeptical of, I decided to give Doc’s a try. Zack was behind the bar (Zack. If you’re reading this, I’m the guy wearing the orange shirt). Zack ROCKED!!! It’s place we’re everyone is accepted. Like they say, a “Five star dive bar.” Zack introduced himself. The place had a real Mello feel to it. Food was good. I even walked out with some merch for the family. Truly a Five Star Dive Bar.“
“The food and service was great. My daughter and I ordered flap jacks for the younger kid which came with bacon and eggs. The teens ordered waffles and bacon and potatoes. My daughter had steak eggs and potatoes. I had the chicken and waffles. Chicken was friend to perfection. I really enjoyed the food and I will definitely go back and the pineapple mimosas was everything. ?Nice experience make sure y'all try it out ???“
“Love this place. The food is consistent every time and the service is friendly. My wife and I love the wings with the house sauce. I love the fried Buffalo chicken sandwich, it’s huge! The fried pickles are the bomb too! The beer is always cold and the prices are more than fair.Catch them on the weekdays around 2 pm to avoid the crowds and enjoy the outside patio.“
“Sabrina was FANTASTIC she was very attentive, she had a wonderful attitude towards everyone and everything ?Also, she recommended delishous entrees and appetizers. She suggested popular drinks even though she is celebrating 3 years sober hell right GO SABRINA ??she also was able to get my 10yr old and 14yr old to eat fried cauliflower ? which by the way is sooo good ? we had a wonderful time with family ✨ thanks so MUCH ☺️“
“This place is an absolute gem to the Chattanooga area if you like craft milkshakes, rare to medium rare burgers (the best way to have them) and pulled pork (Unbelievable smokiness and flavor). Plus they have good kids meals and the kids hot dog is great. We will definitely be back.“
“My wife and I stopped thereHave seen the sign on the interstate many timesAnd we made a point to go by thereYou walk in you order. Then you find your table. They bring your foodNice beautiful balcony looking down on the traffic on interstate 24Great! Great food!“
“We have eaten here 2 nights in a row. Everything we have tried has been INCREDIBLE!! The cook, Bryce, is only 22 years old and cooks like a veteran chef! The manager, Tim, is awesome. He treats you as family, not like ‘just another customer’. Our servers Jesse (1st night) and Chris (2nd night) were great! None of our glasses were ever empty. They were always attentive. The wings are a MUST! That Carolina Gold sauce is so good it could be its own drink. The salmon is PERFECT!If you go on Tuesday, you have to get the taco special! This Tuesday it was Salmon! You can not go wrong with any choice on the menu. If you are anywhere within a few hour radius, it will be well worth your drive. It is a very friendly, relaxing environment. This is, hands down, our family’s favorite restaurant EVER!!“
“We had the most delicious meal tonight. Tayla was amazing and so helpful on choosing what to eat. Chicken Parm was the BEST we’ve ever had.The Pork Chops were also so good! The hot fudge cake was so good too. We highly recommended eating here.“
“I loved that they have gluten free options, and asked whether my choice was allergy or preference. That makes a huge difference when a restaurant acknowledges the difference. Love their food. First time at this location, just as good as the Gunbarrel & North Shore locations.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free toast!“
“OUTSTANDING!! This is must-try BBQ in Chattanooga. We’re visiting from Atlanta and chose Chatt Smoke House over a few other choices…best decision! Talk to James, the owner. He’s got great stories and his ribs and pork plates are fantastic. The beans, potato salad, Cole slaw and fried okra are some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Love it!!!“
“If you want an absolutely amazing dinner, go give this place a try! WOW WOW. You won’t regret it! The Porterhouse cut like soft butter and the Bone Marrow and Pork Belly was equally amazing….. ask Jill to make you an awesome cocktail. Number Ten “
“Love going here and eating family style without hours of cooking myself. Since the COVID out break you just sit with the party you come with but the food is still better than anything around, the service is still the absolute best. Go on down and check them out. Still locally owned and operated.“
“I took my girlfriend here on a date and didn't realize it was jazz night. It was nice to hear live music and didn't really mind. The food was amazing! We ate the salad, salmon, Burger, and carrot cake souffle. Everything was delicious! Our server was very kind and informed the kitchen on the dishes we were splitting and also boxed our leftovers for us. The kitchen may have been very busy because in total we were about a little over an hour and a half. I recommend eating here.“
“I haven’t been to acropolis since moving from Chattanooga 15 years ago. We were in town for a short time and thought we would go check it out again. We made reservations and despite being crowded we’re seated right away. We were happy to see the place has not changed all those years. We started with a beer, wine and hummus and whipped feta. The app was very good and the pita was warm and fresh. My wife ordered the egg plant stack and I got the Cajun pasta. It arrived in a quick but not to quick manner. The Cajun pasta was great and the eggplant stack was did it really hit the spot for us. Both portion were huge though. All in all it was a great trip down memory lane.“
“I have always ordered breakfast here for years, but recently I ordered a cheeseburger. When I say I’ve been missing out. Me personally I love a red onion any day of the week and when I realized they put red onion on their burgers, I’m hooked. If I could make one suggestion it would be to go a little easy on the pickles. Other than that, try a cheeseburger and thank me later.“
“Our meal at Stir was incredible from start to finish. Spicy chicken samosas, oysters, shrimp n grits, filet and goat cheese raviolis- all amazing! Great craft cocktails! Service from Victor was top-notch! Will be on our list every time we’re in town! Would give six stars if I could!“
“OMG! I have a confession to make. I have never made fried chicken! But...I have eaten the most moist, flavorful fried chicken and that was at Home Folks Family Restaurant! I took a bite and knew I would be having more! You can have as much of any item you want including desserts. We were visiting friends of ours and this restaurant was their recommendation. It fills up quickly but worth the wait if there happens to be one. There aren't prices on the menu and our friends treated us so I don't know prices but it's basically like a buffet. You pay one price and eat all you want. The only difference is they bring all the food to you instead of you going up to a buffet. Enjoy!“
“Incredible food. The best restaurant I’ve been to in Chattanooga! The outdoor patio is amazing.Service was so friendly! I’ll always ask for Jeremy’s section. And Mary, the manager is so friendly as well. You gotta try the Brussels sprouts, Sweet Tea Chicken Sandwich w potatoes, and the Italian Sausage Flat Bread w Vodka Sauce!Everything was beyond delicious. Will make it a point to go to Hello Monty every time we visit Chattanooga! Can’t wait to try their other dishes, which looked amazing as well.Thank you, Jeremy and Mary for an excellent experience! And hats off to the chef!“
“Love this place, love, stand-up comedy and I appreciate you guys being open for business and bringing us all the hilarious personalities. Would like to please ask if you guys could bring “Felipe Esparza”. I would love to see him in person and I would have a huge group coming to you. The staff in this place is wonderful and it’s good to have this in town. Thank you so much for your contribution to the community having fun. Please bring back the “Tennessee Tramp””. She is fabulous as well. And hopefully one day we’ll get to see “Gregg Morton” One more time in this Location.“
“This was our first time eating here and the food was amazing! Everything is fresh and homemade. The selection and prices are good for the type of food you get and they have sooo many choices. We tried the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, broccoli casserole, cucumber salad, pecan rice pilaf, brunswick stew and southwest corn chowder. The $5 portions of the sides will feed a family of three adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The full size meatloaf was enough for two days for the same amount of people with a little left over for a sandwich. This is a great option for working parents and couples of all ages. You can mix and match and cut down your time in the kitchen without sacrificing quality home cooked meals. Just decide what you can cook and supplement the rest. My first meal that I mixed with some home cooked food sides and their meatloaf and potatoes came out to $5-$7 per person based on family of 3-4. That’s better than almost any takeout and it’s all homemade quality. After speaking with the staff, many items will hold in the fridge for several days from when they are made and you can freeze other with ease. This is a great little find and I will definitely be back! Thank you for an exceptional experience!!!“
“Best foo best deals ..i are there today for the first time and it was awesome .hot food flavorful food .. best n friendliest server's ..thank u for the best 1st experience..will definitely return...thank y'all for being y'all..y'all are awesome n amazing ????“
“My family and I have been coming to eat here for many years. The onion rings are amazing. The hummus and pitas are always fresh. The food is always consistent and of good quality. I highly recommend visiting this place for your eating pleasure.“
“Delicious ice cream, so many yummy flavors to choose from! I got the moose tracks and peanut butter brownie flavors - perfect combination! The aesthetic is nothing fancy but perfect for a family outing. Only downside was the staff was very unfriendly. Good thing we went for ice cream & not smiles. My husband says the arcade machine was a scam and not worth the $1 he spent.“
“Great beer, some very interesting and different styles along with the normal ones as well, something for everyone. The beer names are hilarious too! My wife and I shared a pretzel with the beer cheese and it was fantastic! highly recommend this brewery!“
“Gouda Mac and cheese with bacon and chicken. If you follow me, you know I don't eat Mac and cheese. So if I say I'd eat this, you should order it.House made pastrami on rye. Yes, please.Perfectly tender pastrami piled high on toasted rye bread with cheese and a very delicate sauerkraut. Homemade chips on the side that were golden brown a lightly salted.I found the atmosphere weird. Not unfriendly, but strange.Service was attentive with being cloyingParking: The parking lot is huge.Wheelchair accessibility: One story, no entry stairs or stoop.“
“my first time here and it was to celebrate my brothers birthday. the energy is nice, the staff is generally friendly.i did not like having to wait hours for a pool table but if you arent there to play, and simply hang out.then head on over.“
