“First experience here ever very eye opening experience here tonight. I went in slightly tipsy and was literally given the worst service I've ever received in my entire almost 37 yrs of life. walked up to a familiar face and realized he was cut off. not sure of whatever happened prior to me walking in- started trying to joke with the bartender about awe why? just being in a playful mood because I just had a drink at home because I had a terrible day and my brother wanted to be nice and try to cheer me up by bringing me out for a drink. The bartender immediately shut down me down and gave me and immediate attitude I continued to try to get him to lighten up but his mood just kept getting worse. He however brought me my vodka and cranberry I ordered- I asked him why he was having a bad day and why he hated his job so much? just trying to get him to chill out- still extremely rude. A few more words were exchanged none of which were friendly he ripped said drink from my hand and asked me to leave however at one point because of said terrible day and him just being a dick and maybe a touch of the alcohol I did start to tear up and he just stood there with a cocky look on his face-laughing- whatever cool. However before I left I found out it was the owner. Steve Durkee- little miserable looking fella. Not sure why someone so miserable would be in such a personable career role.. you own a bar but have never dealt with someone drunk having a bad day? Bartenders are usually friendly and aim to make people feel better not like complete trash. Possible career change sooner than later, hopefully?“

“I stopped by at the Chattanooga Market today and had the Philly cheesesteak fries based on Chef Chasity’s recommendation. I am always nervous to order cheesesteak, French dips, etc. because I really do not like fatty meat and so many places do not take the time to scrap that part. I know some people like it that way, but not me. The Philly Cheesesteak fries were delicious! I almost chose the chicken & bacon fries. So glad I didn’t!! Will definitely be visiting Eastgate Mall to try more of the menu. Hoping she can change my mind about seafood in Chattanooga, as I am quite picky about that as well!“

“I have always loved Armandos burgers. It had been many years since I had visited, in fact, I wasn't sure if they were still open! I went this past weekend and it was every bit as good as I remember!! Get onion rings with ur burger - you'll thank me later!!“

“After several calls to Rock City Garden (no direct number to cafe), I wanted to check on this location for an anniversary lunch. I was given restaurant hours which included Monday’s. I was reluctantly transferred to cafe for other questions. Interestingly, the chef answered my call responding cafe was closed on Monday’s. Only light hor-d’oeuvre’s served on Monday’s which Rock City Gardens (how convenient when selling $50+ park passes) failed to disclose. The chef was strange up with help (5*’s); not so much with RCG’s. So Beware what’s lurking behind a phone call! Wish there was a way to Cafe 7 without going through a garden, particularly Rock City Garden.“

“New restaurant here in town..waited a cpl months for the crowds to thin, and picked an afternoon to avoid major meal periods..server's still got some new to the game jitters, but food was great, all was still shiny and new and staff was friendly.

“I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!“

“We like eating at O’Charley’s because most of the time it’s quiet and comfortable. We went Saturday and it felt so good in the restaurant because it was like 100 degrees outside! I ordered chicken tenders with Mac & cheese and smashed potatoes. The chicken was too salty but the sides were good. Of course the bread we got in the beginning was wonderful, but we weren’t offered anymore than that.
Our server was matter-of-fact, pleasant, not really the friendly type. Just there to do a job I guess, but she did check on us every so often.
We will probably go back again!“

“Let me tell you what. I love this place, I try to come a couple times a week as I work at Slobberbones in the same mini mall. The ladies that work there a simply a joy to speak with honestly they are so kind and like able. Not to mention if you want a filled donut that is ... filled theirs is always bursting with filling and the old fashioned cake donuts are to dieeeeee for. Love y'all so much thanks for staying consistent and treating my tastebuds.“

“We had supper at the Epicurean this evening. It was so delicious {as usual}. Often, we just forget about going there or we fail to get off work in time. -Whenever we eat there, we feel sorry for the 20-30 year old crowd that seemingly never has this place on their radar! That’s ok though; they leave all the scrumptious food for the 50+ crowd to enjoy! 😉“

“Love steak n shake ! Shoe strings fries are my absolute favorite and they are always salted perfectly . Not a lot of salt but just enough you're not overpowered by it . I love the music inside and the vibe is awesome . Steve the manager is awesome and I love him so much ! He used to come into the waffle house as my costumer and now it's reversed ! He's a good soul also . Will always be back !!!“

The service was also a bit slow but my food was hot and delicious. I’ll take the slower service for good food.“

“I went in to order. The staff were very friendly and they helped me redeem a deal on my app! The restaurant is very clean. It has a down home feel. They had a display for Memorial Day ,as well as drawings made by children from a neighborhood church. It is handicapped accessible and has handicapped parking.“
