I stopped by at the Chattanooga Market today and had the Philly cheesesteak fries based on Chef Chasity’s recommendation. I am always nervous to order cheesesteak, French dips, etc. because I really do not like fatty meat and so many places do not take the time to scrap that part. Went to riverfront nights to try to visit their food truck. Tried to order seafood egg rolls. The man at the cash register told me that they were going to have to roll more of that specific one. We leave and come back an hour later. The line didn’t move for 30 minutes while the guy at the cash register was smoking his vape and on his phone talking with I assume his friends/family. Chef Chasty has one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The bun is homemade and you can tell it!! Excellent service and the fries are really good too!!
