We visited this location on several occasions and our experience with the restaurant and staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Our food is always good hot and tastes great. Our food that we receive is just what we order we have never had to send anything back or ask to get something else cause of how it was prepared. We always had a enjoy ihop in Vernon hill last time we went the waitress name Ramon was very attentive and respectful with taking our order absolutely recommended
