My 16 year old son googled "best pizza in Chattanooga" and Chattanooga Pizza Co popped up in the results. It was a little out of the way for us but I am SO glad that we made the trip there! We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. The young man working was very kind and helpful to us while we were deciding what to order and made suggestions where needed. We ended up with 3 different pizzas, fries and some fried pickles. EVERYTHING was perfection! The crust was the perfect combination of crispy and chewy. We all loved it! I hear there is one downtown Chattanooga, too, but never ate there.I was very happy to see they have gluten-free crust, so I had to get a bbq chicken with extra sauce.The host / server placed my order it was a slow time of day between lunch / dinner.The pizza was out in 17 minutes and ready to eat fresh.When I opened the box and saw the pizza, I was blown away by how thick it was and gluten-free. This was a first for me because all the gluten-free crust I have ever had was thin crust. Not here!I did have to take hot peppers off the pizza, which was new for bbq chicken pizza.Overall, it was good and fresh plus very filling. “Unique pizza place in Signal Mountain. We had the buffet. Apparently, the buffet is available from open until 2:00 pm daily. We went on a Sunday. Not super busy, but the pizza buffet selection was top notch! I had the pepperoni and a unique creation with feta, tomatoes, basil. Good beer prices. The decor was really fun. “My child received a ticket for 5 free plays on his field trip. When we came to redeem his prize from playing, since the kids couldn't do it on the field trip, he was going to use his free plays. They stated that he couldn't use them if he didn't buy food. It didn't say this on the ticket and of course my child was super sad as we just popped in for a couple of games and buying a couple during our errands that day. “Great pizza. They do buy one get one pizzas but if you only want one they will give you 20% off the pizza. They have a pretty wide variety of specialty pizzas and of course you can design your own. They do have personal pizzas so if you are by yourself and want less leftovers that would also be a good option. They make calzones. They have a lot of sandwich options served with a salad or french fries or onion rings. As of the writing of this review they are planning on being closed 10/2 for a couple of days for renovations. The interior is definitely warm and aged but definitely appeared clean during our visit. We will definitely visit after their renovations.“
