“The pizza(s) were really good! The only issue is ordering online. It told us how long to expect, then kept telling us 15 minutes for an hour and 20 minutes. Yet upon retrieving our dinner, the pizzas were still hot. Well done guys. Other than that, no problems and good food.“

“First off, the deep dish pizza is awesome and is good every time. We came in with our daughter who is autistic and she only eats pretzels. Well, they were out of pretzels and the world was ending. “I've been here a handful of times since moving to the area and the staff and atmosphere is reminiscent of my family reunions growing up. In that you'd have to go out of your way not to feel comfortable and welcome. Great service and good conversation down to the sweet lady busting her tail bussing the tables. Very warm and welcoming. And somehow better every time. I believe that may be due directly to the exceptional coordination and amiability of their fairly new leadership, Chris. Very personable guy and seems to enjoy going out of his way to ensure top notch service from the food to the smiles on the kids faces when it's time to leave. They accommodate parties as well with ease. No exaggeration saw 50 kids walk in at once and with smiles on their faces the staff had everyone full of fresh food and satisfied in no time flat. “First time here. Tried a grilled burrito and a cheese pizza to compare Mexican and Italian offerings. Both were first rate. Burrito ingredients fresh and tasty. Pizza rivaled the best I've had in Chattanooga. Nice portion size too. Highly recommend if you're not looking for fancy, but rather comfortable and yummy. :)“

“I visited Domino's Pizza and wanted to highlight the great service I received from Taleah. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me while I was placing my order. I was a bit confused, but she took her time to explain everything clearly. She also showed kindness by helping calm my son while we waited, which I truly appreciated.
There was a small issue with the pizza being cut unevenly and was done by another staff member-some slices were much larger and could have been cut further—but overall the experience was positive. Taleah’s customer service really stood out, and I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for it.“

“We ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on ambiance. However, the food was excellent and the portions generous. I had the eggplant parmigiana. There were layers of thinly sliced eggplant lightly breaded and so tender. Some of the best I’ve had. Husband had the gyro which was seasoned really well. Would definitely recommend.“

“The customer service, speed, and food quality were all wonderful! We called in an order en route (5 minutes away) and paid when we got there. We were told it would be about 10 more minutes before it would be ready, so we opted to wait in the car. 9 minutes later, one of the employees brought the food to our car and wished us a wonderful evening. The pizza was amazing (we had our doubts as most places have gone downhill on quality over the years, but the food quality at this establishment still tastes as good as it did 30 years ago).“

“My family was in town for a burial of our loved one. We stopped at Pizza Hut after. There was 20 plus of us. The waitress, Kelly, was very accommodating for all of us. She went above and beyond to meet our thirsty requests and arranged the dinner room to fit us all so we could sit together. Our pizza was delicious and fast. Strongly recommend“

“All the booths have major tears with the foam inside exposed, the foam is black from the many years of not being replaced, nasty, I mean nasty floors, empty table tops not cleaned, the kids wanted to use the claw machine, it was broke, one claw wouldn't grab and you have to buy a card with credits you load, wasted their dollars
Bottom line, this place was so nasty I don't understand how they're allowed to operate

“I am the office administrator of a large church in the area. We have used Marcos for a few years for everything from small meetings to church wide dinners. Zach (owner) is just a text away and I know that they will deliver and the food will be perfect and delicious. The delivery drivers are some of the nicest people you could encounter in this industry as well. They are also extremely prompt!! Love working with them so much! I will also say, I’ve had pizza from other local Marcos and Zach’s is the best quality in town. If I eat Marcos personally, I’ll only eat it from this store!“

The pizza was perfectly baked and full of flavor, the lasagna was rich and comforting, and the salad with chicken was fresh, light, and very tasty.

“Kim needs a raise and a promotion. I'm afraid customer service like that is hard to teach. I think it comes from a natural inclination to be friendly and treat people well. The pizza was good, as usual. Getting pizza here is never a hassle, and we have never had a bad experience with anything we have ordered.“
