Had a really good experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company. The food was honestly the highlight everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly how you want comfort food to hit. Biscuits were soft and buttery, and the portions were solid. Kenneth helped us out and was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth without being over the top. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
MSBCC is a company that really lives by its statement of purpose. The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful and caring. Special shout out to Barbara and Josh for their kindness.
As to those biscuits, THEY COULDNT BE BETTER. We had the chicken and waffle, the Squawking Goat was delicious, and the Farmer was a taste sensation. Next time we’re in Chattanooga we are definitely stopping there.
Delicious biscuits and just enough “bite” gravy. Heavy fuel but SO tasty.
