“My husband and I enjoyed delicious bagels here for breakfast. I had the everything bagel with scallion shmear, and appreciated that they put extra scallions on top! My husband had the bacon, egg and cheese on sesame and remarked that the bacon was extra thick and tasty. The guy who took our order was friendly and welcoming. Would come back when we’re in town again!“

“The reviews were good enough to get me to come in. And the experience was even better than I thought it would be. The guy at the counter was really nice, professional and helpful. Places well put together with a relaxing patio. I had the seasonal fall soup, which was I think squash with pumpkin seeds and it was so good. I got the big one. And I had the buffalo chicken salad. I wasn’t sure what to expect as these are normally some kind of impossible nugget or something like that but to my delight, it was a homemade kind of shredded perhaps chickpea dish. “soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. All thanks to the baristas; A young woman with a nose ring and the best laugh I've ever heard and a young man wi/h braids who can carry on a sensible conversation with anyone about nearly anything! The Castle Café at Ruby Falls was a convenient stop during our visit and offered more food options than I expected for an attraction café. The menu has a good variety of choices, including flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and specialty drinks, making it easy to find something for everyone.

One thing visitors should know is that the ordering process is entirely self-service. Orders are placed through touchscreen kiosks, and when your food is ready, your order number is displayed on TV screens and called out over the speaker system. The process was simple, efficient, and helped keep things moving even with a steady flow of guests.

I ordered a chicken flatbread topped with banana peppers, melted cheese, and a flavorful sauce drizzle. The flatbread came out hot and fresh with a nice crisp crust and generous toppings. The combination of flavors worked well together, and it was a satisfying meal after spending time exploring Ruby Falls. I also tried Bill’s Lemonade, which was cold, refreshing, and a great complement to the meal.

The dining area was clean, comfortable, and provided a nice place to sit down and recharge before continuing our visit. Food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time, and the overall process was straightforward and easy to navigate.

While prices are a little higher than what you might find outside a tourist attraction, the quality of the food, portion size, convenience, and unique location make it a worthwhile stop. “A really nice breakfast spot that opens helpfully early on a weekday. The breakfast plate was great - a decent helping of fresh fruit, a biscuit some good eggs and bacon. The service was also strong and efficient. The pumpkin spice latte was nice, but my preference is for it to be served hotter than was standard here.

Decor is nice and plenty of space for people to spread and enjoy the food and drink.“

“We had lunch yesterday at the Gunbarrel Panera Bread. We had an order for four and the salads we ordered were very fresh! The self serve coffee was great too! The tables and bathrooms were clean! If you experience a wait please be patient so many of our eating establishments are overwhelmed with guests and understaffed. They need our patience. If you need to wait and order here when you are not in a hurry definitely do that! Most places have order in the app options so even if you don't see a line they may be working hard to fill orders. We will definitely eat here again soon.“
