“This is the best vegan restaurant where we have ever eaten! There is a great selection of food on the menu, and there is also a happy hour hot dog special. There are 6 different options and the price is $5 for one or $8 for two. We passed that up and got the deluxe club sandwich and the little steppenwolf. It was a massive amount of food for a very reasonable price. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We are from out of town, and if we had eaten here first, we likely would not have eaten anywhere else. It is an excellent place to eat!“

“Mary’s plate lunches are the best! No cans in her kitchen. Homemade desserts are delicious. And the grill is manned by Christopher and they will melt in your mouth YUMBO! The staff is attentive to your needs and they love the customers. No wonder they have been and stayed in business since 1918. Family owned and now run by the 4th generation. I’ve even seen the 5th and 6th generation helping when they are “in the weeds”. You owe it to yourself to eat there.“

“Loved this local cafe. Lots of menu choices with real food ingredients. We got the Reuben sandwich, the Pizza Panini a kale salad. Also tried the Kingston smoothie and a cookie! All were delicious!!! The calming music was good for the digestion too.“

“soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. My only complaint is that i wish yall were closer to Nashville ❤️🤘“

“OMG!! we usually go to hixon. so glad we chose diff! hands down better we will be taking this our fav. service personality of staff especially our waitress JADE knowledgeable and all around a great server!! “I’ve been eating here for a short time. But no matter what you order the food is made fresh with generous portions.“
