I wish I remembered our servers name but she was amazing! We stopped by on a Sunday around 2pm. We have ZERO complaints on service or food! We got birria tacos and a Hawaiian bowl. I had a couple delicious margaritas. Please come see them!
I never write reviews, but I am so enamored by El Jinete that I’m making an exception! I highly recommend this restaurant, which is in the old O’Charley’s on Hixson Pike. I might not call it authentic Mexican food, per se, but the quality is amazing! Their health department cleanliness scores were 100, the AC was rocking, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

We tried it and were pleased with our meals. The service was excellent. We had the Birra tacos and Tacos De Pastor and a side of rice. I would definitely go back.
